I am SO glad I found MJB Services. I live 800 miles away from my house in El Paso, and am always on the edge of panic when something goes wrong and I can't be there in person to take care of it. In this case, my water heater started leaking, and was getting worse by the day. It needed to be replaced asap, before it emptied the entire desert of its water supply into my house. By terrible coincidence, my handyman was on vacation, so I found someone else to replace it. Then, shortly before he was scheduled to replace the water heater, that person suddenly turned on me and became very nasty. As a result, I had to look for yet another person to do the job. So I went on Yelp and messaged a bunch of companies. And after hearing back from some, and being ignored by many others, MJB Services was the obvious stand-out for many reasons. 1. Isaac responded to my request immediately. 2. He was extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. It was like talking to a buddy, and that's always a huge plus for me. 3. His pricing was the best I found. 4. He came exactly when he said he would, did everything that needed to be done, and sent me pictures when he was done, which was greatly appreciated.
