Ciao Andiamo created a 13 day trip for us with private transport, private cut the line tours through our trip. They have a baseline trip planned with add ons. We added all of the add ons and were so pleased. This is a long review but it's because Ciao Andiamo deserves it and I want everyone to know how great our honeymoon was because of them! To start, planning the trip was so easy. We worked with Cecile and she answered all of our questions, when planning quickly and helped our trip be exactly what we wanted it to be. We added more days onto our trip and Cecile worked with my sister for a surprise day for us in Florence! A couple weeks before the trip, they send you your Ciao passport with your complete itinerary, drivers and your guides names and phone numbers, things to do in each city on free days/half days and a great list of restaurant recommendations. When we were there, we had two contacts in Italy from there team who we could contact at anytime. One of them actually called us our first day to let us know she was available via text or call if needed. However, the trip was planned out so well we didn't need to call or contact anyone once. There were two changes made when we were in Italy and Cecile emailed us and called the hotel to make sure we knew of the new meeting points (one being right at our hotel, so much easier!) The tour guides and drivers are great! So friendly, brilliant, personal, you feel like you've known them for years after just 10 minutes and become your friend! We were so happy when we had a few of our tour guides/drivers more then once in each city! In Rome, you must do the Vatican add on, Amalfi, private boat tour around Capri. Although the boat tour is pricy, it's so worth it, especially if you have Luigi as your captain! Such a relaxing day visiting all the grottos of Capri and swimming in the water. Cooking class in Florence is also a must! We were paired with a family and it was so much fun, and so delicious. Veronica is great and we learned so much for her. I can only hope that I can perfect her sauce, focaccia bread and chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. I know this was long but if you read it all, you'll hopefully plan your honeymoon or next special trip to Italy though Ciao Andiamo!

We each had been wanting to visit Italy for years, and hoped to experience it much more than by popping into tourist sites. Ciao Andiamo arranged it so that we were able to comfortably and efficiently visit the must-see places for a first-timer, while gaining a great deal of historical and cultural knowledge in the process. This allowed us ample opportunity to engage in other unique, enriching experiences, both planned and unplanned. In terms of the planning process, we greatly appreciated Jonathan's clear communication and responsiveness. He was also able to find us a dream farmhouse stay, having to consider our rather specific criteria along with budget restraints, during an especially high-demand season for that region. We thank Jonathan and his team for helping us plan a trip that has truly enriched our lives.

We decided to switch to FP Pediatrics and we are very happy that we did. No one can replace a man that has been with us for over a decade, but Dr. Ganek is wonderful. She is so kind and caring. She makes my sons feel so comfortable as if they are talking to a friends mom! I absolutely love the way she made us all feel from the moment we met. We were very upset about losing the Dr that we trusted and loved but she made us feel as if we had known her forever. The front staff is fabulous. So nice and helpful. They are so accommodating for sick visits, etc. I highly recommend Advocare Florham Park. You won't be sorry.

My child was seen by their office from birth- 7 months old until we ultimately had to switch. In…read morethe short time we had received multiple conflicting advice from the nurses and doctors, sometimes during the same visit! For example, one visit a Nurse said, great weight gain! At the same visit Doc said weight gain is concerning. One doc said she no flat spot. Other doc said big flat spot and in need of PT and helmet. I even had one doc tell me, "well, the AAP guidelines recommend XXXX, but I don't". I'm a healthcare professional myself and I have a real problem with that. The last straw was we came in for a scheduled flu shot appointment. In advance of our scheduled visit I called the nurses expressing concern about my child's diaper rash. They offered to look at it during the planned flu shot appointment. We arrive, flu shot is given, we ask the nurse to please check the rash (mind you, my child has nothing on but a diaper at this point and the nurses previously offered to do so over the phone). She tells me NO I have to make an appointment. And they are very busy right now but I can wait in the waiting room if someone becomes free. And on the way to the waiting room she says no one is available. Sigh. When I decided to leave the practice, I asked for my child's medical records to be transferred to the new practice. The admin tells me, something to the effect of, "sure, I'll just need 25 dollars and you can come in and pick them up yourself". She says, "the state of NJ allows us to charge up to $1 per page so we do". It took all of my strength to pay them, pick the documents up, and not fight with them. I didn't make a scene because I am grateful my child is healthy and grateful we are out of there before we truly needed their help. Sharing so others can be well informed when making the decision on a pediatric practice. Despite all the wonders I was told I honestly had the worst healthcare experience there.

I am generally not one to write negative reviews without first speaking to someone involved with…read morethe business to resolve matters. Unfortunately, I tried that here and it did not work. I was a client of Brian Pollack's for several years (2015-early 2019). While many things happened that were helpful, he often used victim-blaming language in regards to my trauma history (including telling me I shouldn't drink and should set better boundaries), he violated HIPAA at one point, and he left several voicemails for my current therapist panicking about how I was doing with recovery based on information given by my mother, who at that point was not supposed to be contacting him. I have emailed him about these things, and his response the first time I mentioned the victim blaming statements amounted to "therapy is tough," and the most recent time, he responded, "I appreciate you taking the time to write this. I wish you all the best." He has never acknowledged the harm caused or apologized. I do not consider him to be truly trauma-informed, or to be willing to take responsibility and own up for his mistakes as a clinician. I have heard similar experiences from others (particularly in regard to victim blaming and refusing to apologize) as I have begun talking to people who also worked with him at RWJ and on an outpatient basis. While Brian knows eating disorders very well, I caution anyone with a trauma history from working with him, and want people to know that he does not accept responsibility for missteps.
