Not a huge issue, but usually when you pre-book, I've found they usually show up a few min early. The whole reason I pre-booked with a car service instead of Uber/Lyft for early airport transport was to avoid the stress of "will the car show up". Driver was friendly and safe and got us there on-time, but it was NOT a Cadillac XTS, instead it was a minivan. Again, not a big deal, but not what I pre-booked. All in all good service, but needed to show up early (or at least on-time) and in the vehicle booked (or at least communicate ahead of time if not available) to get a 5-star.

We are about 30 min away from the city normal drive, so by bus we figured an hour tops. We left around 1015 and somehow did not make it to our destination until 130am... The driver went to the complete opposite side of the city near Coney Island and then brought us to another wrong place again!! By the time we got to the club/event we were planning on we decided to not go in because we had 30 min until we had to get back on the bus. So we paid all this money to get to a slice of pizza and get back on the bus... But wait it gets worse... After arriving back to the bus (around 15-18 of us), the driver states his TV is broken and a piece of plastic is broken that holds cups and he is demanding we pay $1500. Keep in mind this piece of plastic looks like it has been glued on 10 times before as it breaks often and they are probably scamming hundreds of dollars for this from others. We also flipped a switch on the control board and magically the TV worked fine (sounds like another scam). After talking on the phone to the owner and coming to an agreement of $300 in damages, we got on the bus and would head back to where we got picked up. Upon arriving at our destination their is about 7 cops along with the owner on the company waiting for us. They called the cops on us for the damage after we agreed to pay $300 and the cops told us that the driver said we threatened him?!?! News to us as none of this happened!!! This is some lies they told the police to aid them in their phony investigation. The cops agreed that the damage was not worth even $100 but we settled on $300 prior. The owner is a liar and a thief. Steer clear of this company. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

We booked transportation months in advance for my daughter's wedding and had multiple conversations confirming the details, including hotel pickups and two transit vans running shuttles at the end of the night. Despite this being clearly discussed and included in the plans, none of it was honored. Instead of the agreed-upon transportation, only one 20-passenger limo arrived. Several guests had to find their own transportation, and some had to pay for Ubers back to the hotel and after-party. I was also charged on the day of the wedding for an additional pickup from the hotel to the venue because I was told guests were still waiting there. Wanting to make sure no one was stranded, I agreed. By the time the vehicle arrived, however, there was no one left to transport. I am now disputing that charge, and despite the fact that no service was actually provided, the company is refusing to refund my money. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I repeatedly had to chase them for pictures, pricing, and a corrected contract. The week of the wedding I became so concerned that I drove to the Pearl River office location listed on their website, only to find out from neighboring businesses and security that they had not been there for years. On the wedding day, while trying to enjoy my daughter's photos and ceremony, I was fielding calls from the limo company about pickups and transportation issues. The driver was unprofessional, not properly dressed, there was no champagne as promised, and he seemed unfamiliar with where he was going. This experience caused unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the happiest days for our family.
