I was a little skeptical when I made an appointment at Griffeth Ford, altough they said they'd have my car back the same day, repairs completed. I arrived for my appointment, discussed the necessary repairs, then waited a few minutes for a shuttle service to take me home. I received a call a couple of hours later, with a status report. The conversation included my need for new brakes. He assured me they would complete the aforementioned work and replace the brakes and still have it finished by that evening. He was right. I got a call @ 5pm saying my car was ready and they would send a driver over to pick me up. I was impressed that everything had been done and to top it off, my car was immaculate! They had cleaned it inside and out. That was an unexpected and welcomed touch to the service. I will return and recommend anyone else looking for an auto shop to try them out.

The choice was to run diesel oil through it to flush sludge and hope that fixed enough or replace motor ( my thought) since motor had over 180k. 10G's and they had a new motor in running perfectly. Great team to deal with answering all my questions and giving lots of insight to problems while servicing.

Both of these things aren't common, at least around here. You have to have a special machine to vacuum out the old a/c and put new in, and you need a special machine that can properly bend the exhaust pipe. They're also honest here, which is difficult to find at an automotive repair location. They'll tell you the truth no matter the circumstances.

He then submitted the claim and the manufacture paid for entire new axle. I asked what happens if this happens again and he said it is a one time deal.
