UPS uses Star Delivery as a sub contract and I wish they would stop. Our time sensitive packages are always late, sometimes lost for more than a week and now not even delivered to our place of business. We have to arrange to get our packages to other businesses now since they won't go down our road without explanation. I wish they would notify UPS that they don't deliver to certain areas depending on the driver, weather, mood!? Still waiting for them to call back regarding our lost package.

I have NEVER missed a delivery, whether it is fresh fish for the dinner menu or supplies for my hotel. I also use Star for deliveries for my horse during the winter and the staff at Star will make sure I get my most essential deliveries.

Except my friends ordered it for the wrong time. I was there seven hours before it would actually be ready. Seven hours! Nonetheless, the staff were able to whip together one of the trays and have the other ready to go soon after. Tip: If you fuel up at the adjacent gas station, you get savings on your next Sobeys purchase.
