Luckily ApplianceSOS was able to service my need right away. They had an online contact form on their website which I filled out and they called me almost immediately. They communicated their pricing model, gave me a general idea of what I could realistically expect in terms of a repair, and dispatched a technician. After, they communicated with me via text re: any subsequent updates. The Pro came within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue pretty much right away. He was somehow able to purchase and replace 2 parts all within an hour. In the end, this costed about $109 in labor and about $50 in parts before taxes. Not exactly cheap, but fair and transparent pricing. Best of all, my dryer is fixed!
