My dryer was squeaking loudly for several months. I put off repairing it for as long as I could until the squeaking became unbearable, so by the time I was looking for a Pro I was a bit desperate. Luckily ApplianceSOS was able to service my need right away. They had an online contact form on their website which I filled out and they called me almost immediately. They communicated their pricing model, gave me a general idea of what I could realistically expect in terms of a repair, and dispatched a technician. After, they communicated with me via text re: any subsequent updates. The Pro came within a couple of hours and diagnosed the issue pretty much right away. He was somehow able to purchase and replace 2 parts all within an hour. In the end, this costed about $109 in labor and about $50 in parts before taxes. Not exactly cheap, but fair and transparent pricing. Best of all, my dryer is fixed! read more

We are still waiting on the part for my appliance, but Russ was lovely to deal with. My dog also didn't try to eat him, so I took this as a good sign! I will definitely call him again if necessary and recommend his business. read more

Clearly out of touch with the residential side of their business…read more I was billed $500 for a tech to drive to my house (I live 45mins away) and remove 12 screws from the upper unit on my fridge. He did not do anything other than say "I think the main control board is the issue" and put the screws back in.
