The combo I chose was a small salad and half sandwich. The salad is HUGE and so is the sandwich. It was literally enough for three people and I am not a light water! The small salad came with one protein house and I got the lemon chicken. It was fresh, tender, tart, and all white meat. I also got two cold choices and the three from the next section. The dressing choices are far too many to list but they were all great soUnding and clearly marked on the wall. I got the avocado ranch. It had a jalapeño next to it but I didn't taste any spice whatsoever. The bed of the salad is romaine. It was crunchy, clean, cut in bite sized pieces. The sandwich I ordered was a panini. Now to be fair, this was not a classic panini. It was not on a baguette and it was not hot pressed. This was on a round bun with sesame seeds that was lightly toasted- I think. I ordered the Milan. It was chicken that was mixed with Pesto and it has spinach, red bell peppers, avocado, and a Sriracha mayo. It was tasty but confusing bcz I expected a hot pressed sandwich. The combo came with a drink. I ordered the tamarindo. It was cold, sweet, and slightly tart. It was everything I expected from this refreshing drink. I loved this place and will def be back. I don't visit Mexicali often but now I know where I can get a fresh meal when i crave something different from the typical fare in this area.

Even though the name means "Green Soul", that doesn't means that all the plates are veggie based. Walking in to the place you see an ample area brightly open. On the left side of the entrance is the juice bar, offering health conscious elixir by combining different types of green ingredients. I was greeted by friendly attendants and seated in near to window seat. It was late lunch so not many tables were occupied. After listening to the servers recomendación, I ordered the Texana salad. To start, I was served with an elixir shot as a bonus; orange juice, ginger and curcumin; it gave a good kick on my paladar to start the lunch. The main dish; beside bacon, green and avocado; was plentifully loaded with a nicely grilled petit stake. Salad was fresh and crispy, the bacon, crispy as it should be and sliced half avocado was a plus. It was a clean, healthy and plentiful dish for a lunch. They have ample variety of dishes in the menu that is no short of being one of the healthiest restaurants around. To have something different in the city, I definitely recommend this place.

Do not let my comment stop you as you may find this type of tacos perfect. I came here particularly for borrego tacos as I have heard they are very good & they did not disappoint. Place is very clean and has indoors seating. Perfect for small parties of 2-4 people and I am sure they can accommodate you if you have a larger party. Service was friendly . The food was amazing! Only tasted these two plates but both had good homemade flavor. I'm always picky when trying Mole because I know how it's supposed to taste. This scored a 10/10 for me. Service was good too. Friendly and attentive. Giving it 4 stars only because I would have liked my food to be a tad bit hotter.
