It isn't a showpiece by any means. The book selection is limited and the computers are old. The library is tiny and looks in need of renovation. The front of the library barely stands out from the local shops on Bowness Road. The two great things going for it are its decent collection of children's books and the friendly staff that greet the many munchkins who come here.

The facility has been recently painted with contemporary colors and looks fresh and bright. They have five large windows that look over a beautiful patio area with a large gazebo, as well as a beautiful view of COP and the mountains. We had our daughter's wedding there this past weekend (August 2nd), and held the ceremony on the patio. It was perfect and the setting is breathtaking. The staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating. There are round tables and chairs that seat 200 included with rental of the facility. The kitchen is large and can accommodate professional catering. We rented the hall for both Friday evening and all day Saturday and it was very reasonable. Check this place out and visualize all the possibilities you can for your wedding here. BTW, I've also used this facility for a children's Christmas party for a non profit organization and had the same wonderful experience!

To my surprise, the driver's excellence in ALL was outstanding. Driver 78 (RP) was a huge cup of sunshine on a very crappy day. He arrived and assured me he would have me on the road in a few minutes (shieh he did), told me I had a great car (BMW 525i) and that it was in super shape! My ego flourished, but nothing compared to the driver's confidence and kindness. I want to be sure you knew that he was such a valuable resource to your firm and your brand! Only driver after paying for program that has actually followed up and reached out (with a very inflexible schedule) had bad body odor. I can't get anyone to return my emails-- I asked to reassigned a new driver which they told me they would reach out in 7 to 10 business days.... Really what kind of business is this. It has been a month with no driver reaching out and 5 emails that provide no direct phone number or ability to get a refund. Go elsewhere this has been a terrible experience.

It's spacious and well-lit, with plenty of comfortable seating and good wifi. It also has a separate quiet study room (in case you find the noise made by people browsing books distracting?? I don't quite understand this). I can't vouch for the book selection here just yet, but I will say that the variety of magazines available is solid. The only slight complaint I have is that, on the two occasions I've been here so far, it has been a little on the cold side.
