Purchased 2 AC units 15K from Blake Lewis 5 yrs ago and now our troubling business relationship has ended. A 5 yr journey starting with initial install disaster encompassing a disastrous ceiling repair, component failures, heat exchanger change outs, blowing breakers, afterthought insulation wrapping makes me question if they understand the Trane product sold. Most recently the compressor has failed which turns out to be the final straw. They now refused service stating they feel AAF will never make us happy because I complain, Really! Forcibly I have found another company to provide warranty service at half the cost of AAF which is "insult to injury" using AAF. Unacceptable business practices on any scale
