I proudly presented my U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs picture id with its "Service Connected Disabled" on it as well as my branch of the U.S. Armed Forces I had Served in also on it. Then this Reno Carson Messenger Service employee refused to honor any Veterans Discount let alone the one we had been quoted on the phone when the appointment was made when I pointed out we had been quoted a 10% Veterans Discount when we had called to make the appointment but it was not on their bill. We took our paperwork and their bill with no Veterans Discount on it and we left because we refuse to support all who refuse to support Veterans or fail to support Veterans.
