He really made me feel comfortable and made the entire process super easy. So much so we decided to book videography AND the 360 booth! James even worked with us to take into account idle time during dinner service (we were able to have the Photo Booth working during cocktail hour and then restart during the reception). Adriel communicated effectively and efficiently days prior and made sure we were all on the same page regarding start time and end times. I appreciated his suggestions tremendously! Our two videographers with Elvis and Henri; both were amazing! So committed to their role and they worked their butts off the entire day. We reminded Elvis to drink water and take a break! They worked together with our photographer to ensure we had tons of footage. I am sooo excited to see the final results!! The 360 booth with a massive hit with our guests, we even wish we would have added additional time! The set up looked great and we loved the logo that was made for us (it included our golden doodle).
