I never write reviews but had to with this one... I was post op with back surgery, my husband dropped me off and I had mani pedi done since I couldn't bend over or barely walk still. I went to pay and they wanted cash, I had debit and visa. The lady told me there was a machine to get cash at down at the gas station next to plaza. My husband wasn't back, so I told her I would go and come back. She was fine with that and I left. As I was SLOWLY walking with a walker hunched over... I shouldn't have been walking that far but decided a walk might do me good and I would just go slow. A man started chasing me and yelling that I was leaving without paying. His arm was up in the air as if he was going to hit me. I was literally scared and felt defenceless. My husband pulled in and saw what was happening. I tried explaining that the woman told me to go get cash and I was doing so. My husband was furious, as this man didn't seem to understand English and was almost violent. My husband put me in the Jeep and went into the store and insisted he was paying with the visa. They wanted cash so they didn't have to 'charge me taxes' and alleged save me money...my husband told them 'they wanted to save themselves money' and asked if they 'cared about the shape I was in or not, sending me to go get this cash!?' He was NOT happy! I went after a difficult surgery for a relaxing and stress free time and it was nothing i expected, the mani pedi wasn't even enjoyable, the cost crazy but most of all... I felt they didn't even consider I was unable to walk and requested me to go half a block to a block to get cash when they had ability to take visa but she was adamant with me about paying in cash. Then to be accused of 'leaving without paying' and raising a hand at me....that was the final straw. Thankfully my husband came and insisted they take his payment and they were lucky the police were not being called because what happened to me was unacceptable. Especially given the fact the woman told me to go get cash. I've never been back and don't understand how they stay in business after reading these reviews and that's why I had to share my experience as well. read more

I've been to a lot of places for manicures and pedicures - this may be the worst. Not the best colour selection, boring atmosphere and poor quality work. My mom and I went intending to have a fun afternoon together, and we ended up being split up and unable to talk. All 3 of the staff were rushed, sloppy, and inattentive - cuticles not done, a very quick swipe of polish, missing parts of the nail and getting polish on your skin. Sometimes even painted sideways. Looks like the kind of nail job I could have done myself. While the prices are cheap and the staff is politet the end of the day, we won't be coming back. UPDATE: My moms regular manicure fully chipped off within 24 hours. My gel manicure fully chipped within a week. NEITHER COMES OFF WITH REGULAR NAIL POLISH REMOVER. I had my worst experience by far at this nail salon in August 2015! I never went back. I had them do my and my mother's nails for my wedding. The staff was unfriendly and sloppy with their work. Both our nails started chipping within hours of leaving! We went back the next day and were immediately shunned! They were rude and disrespectful. I ended up fixing my nails myself. Horrible establishment. Not sure why it's still open! read more

Do NOT go here. The worst nail experience I have ever had. The lady was very rough and didn't care about what she was doing. My nails generally last at least three weeks and had been on for three and a half weeks when I came in for a fill yesterday. I had them done at an amazing salon in Florida and they were still looking decent when I came in but were growing out. She did a horrible job and I was concerned before I left. Surprise, surprise it's been one day and one is already broken. I wish I had waited for a spot to open up at a legitimate nail salon. Absolute garbage. read more

save your money. I got my nails done Friday August 29th around 12 pm , and by 3 o'clock that day I realized my nails were lifting up around the edges. in order for the nails to adhere properly , you need to buff them so it stays (I have had my nails done before) yet the man who did my nails neglected to do so... Paying 35$ I figured the nails would at least last me 3 weeks, but I had to go back the next day because the nails were lifting at the back, not even a week later I set my phone down on my bed and my nail POPPED off , if you have ever had your nails done before you would know how hard it is to get off acrylic/uv gel nails, they should not just randomly pop off. I must add , I do not chew my nails, I was not working at that time or in school where I may have done something to damage the nails or rip them off .. and the man at the nail salon was pretty quick to make many excuses as to why it was my fault rather than his. Because one nail popped off I figure I may as well take the rest off and all I had to do was push at the tip and the back completely came off and I pulled them off easily as if they were glue on nails you get at the dollar store. I do not recommend this nail salon and would recommend you pay the extra 10$ and go somewhere else. read more

Such a horrible experience!!!! They did not even ask what length I wanted so I had the displeasure of getting stubby short ugly acrylic nails. You would be better off to buy $10 Walmart glue ons. All my nails are crooked and the price was way too much for the lack of effort. They made me bleed which I admit I wouldn't have cared about if my nails looked even half decent but I absolutely cannot wait to get them off they look horrible and ugly I cannot believe they did not ask the length they simply cut them and filed them crooked. I have been to many a salon and this one is strictly functional, not spa like at all. They do not bother talking to you - do not make you feel welcome. When asked if they do a leg massage, she quickly replied they do not. Every other salon I have been to - inexpensive or expensive, gives you a leg massage. Other than getting my nails cut and painted, that was it. Needless to say, the tip (none) reflected the service they gave. The pedicure was not the greatest I have had either - some bubbles in the polish found afterwards. read more
