I've been using caliber for about 10 months now our service has been very good but yesterday my shark fin antenna came off in the car wash and it broke off so I don't get this and I'm responsible for it probably about $700 was the estimate to put it back on. Keep your clean rags fully stacked & cleaner sprays full on all stations at all times & always unclog your vacuum lines & secure all your attachment ends of your vacuums so that it doesn't come off at all... if you can maintain all these then you will earn more business! I have traveled to several cities in the past year. This by far is my favorite car wash. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices are reasonable. Was in town for a month, so I decided to purchase the unlimited option without renewal. Love that the vacuums are included. Cleaning supplies are plentiful. The area is always clean. Guess what? They even have a machine that shakes your car mats and they offer car freshness!!! Wish other facilities offered the same service and options as this car wash. read more

They were Late to open, whoever worked the 10/29 shift. Seemed unorganized. They are usually on point, hope they didn't loose the amazing managers/workers from the past. It shouldn't be hard to open on time at 8 am on a Sunday. There is so much competition in the area small things like this can hurt you in the long run unfortunately. read more

This location hands down has the best wash in town! Not only does it leave my car spectacularly clean but the customer service is always phenomenal. Colby always gives me great advice on memberships and making sure the wash goes smoothly. Nick thoroughly sprayed down my vehicle before entering the wash and was very helpful and remindful of the instructions before entering. I would recommend them to anyone! DO NOT USE IF VEHICLE IS OLDER THAN 10 YEARS. I purchased a Caliber Car wash and they damaged my car. They admitted they were at fault, but are unwilling to pay for fixing the damage despite the fact the car was "in excellent condition". They did reimburse me and offered two free car washes (not even close to the amount of damage caused). When I (admittedly sarcastically) pointed out these coupons were an excuse to break more on my car and not pay for it they told me to use my other vehicles (you know, because I have a few cars under 10 years lying around). read more

Shame I can't give a negative rating 1 is being way to nice. These folks will not take responsibility if they damage your car. No reason to lie as I have full collision insurance with a $50 dollar deductible. Manager started making excuses from the git go and didn't return my call until I called him. Waiting for estimate to come back and having photos examined by expert to determine if they retouched them and to confirm that light reflection is what they are claiming prior damage. Will take to small claims court. Manager was proud that he supposedly tricked me into signing a release so don't sign nothing. Will provide text exchange with manager upon request. I told the man who was helping work the kiosk that I had a lot of bugs on my truck from a road trip I took yesterday and he convinced me to buy the highest level wash and it their "special spray" would remove the bugs. Unfortunately, there were still quite a few bugs and bird poo still on the front of my truck. Because I paid $20 for this wash, I was a little frustrated and I went back up and let him know that it was still dirty and he had me go through again. Even the second time around there were still multiple spots missed. I understand that a car wash can't get every spot, but for the $20 price point, it should be pretty clean after the first attempt. I was pretty upset and didn't want to deal with a third attempt. You get the same level of clean at a much cheaper car wash down the street. read more

We have the annual membership. We have had to wait, on several occasions, for clean rags to dry the exterior in detail the interior. Worth noting this is happened several times over the past few months. Today, for the first time to date, our truck came through the wash looking as though it had only been rinsed with water. There were streaks of dirty water evident on the hood and the windshield (no, the truck was not filthy when we took it through). I'm not sure what is going with the management and quality of service provided, but it is as frustrating as it is disappointing. read more

Terrible management. Somehow we got signed up for a recurring monthly payment for unlimited car washes. never signed anything and was not informed that we would be charged every month. The local manager is unable to do anything and regional manager is never on premises and won't return phone calls. Be careful as they use your credit card info to sign you up for unlimited car washes without your authorization. read more
