very disappointing! After years of using this facility- today's experience was a total rip off. Paid for the $19.95 carwash. Only half of the machinery worked. When I mentioned it to the attendant, she simply laughed and said "Yes we've been having trouble with it all week. Someone is supposed to come next week". Then she turned around and walked away. Horrible. Says "free vacuum" it's not. Some angry l, fat ugly lady with her Jamaican accent comes out screaming, rude, acting like we are trying to steal something..... we were going to get a car wash- but wanted to vacuum the car first due to our baby in the car....after her attitude we left and refused to purchase anything. Don't advertise something as free if it's not- your actually pushing paying business away by your procedures rather then maintaining good vacuums. Pay the money cheapskate and remove your sign. read more

I found this place that said "FREE VACUUMS" welp apparently not, you have to purchase a car wash, that I didn't need, oh well. Honestly I'm just going to hand wash after this experience. I have '12 Ram 3500, took it through as normally at any other wash station. The car wash stopped twice while we were in it, once the wheel slipped out of the system what pushes the car down the tunnel, and the second time when the horizontal spinning wheel caught my aftermarket grill and literally broke the mounts on the trim that hold the insert in place. After talking to one of the employees who both times had to reset the tunnel for our cleaning, he informed me days later the owner said they won't be of any help fixing it. He gave his number if I wanted to dispute but that awhole won't even listen to what I had to say. Won't return my texts or calls. Hope you trip and knock your two front teeth out bud ! read more

Was brought through the wash, and the owner thinks that a sign that says "we are not liable for damages" expunges him from any insurance claims . I forget the owners name, but he must have not gotten beat enough by his daddy. He likes calling people names with small included and other things. Sounds a bit like he's malding over the internet to me . But anyhow his employees failed to tell me that I can't go into a wash with the spare tire on, and then told me once my car fell off the rack and the car wash stopped. Car was messed up rims scratched to hell, fender ripped off. Even the police here in Destin are lazy. I had to threaten to report them because "we don't write police reports in private property!". LOL. Got my CAD number shortly after. Thankfully someone hit my car and ran shortly after so my entire car was fixed inside and out . Just wanted to let some people know, Ottos is a better car wash to go to. Employees have a bit of common sense, standards, and the vacuums are just better. There's a self wash 5 mins or so down the road from Ottos as well! :) Drop a review here if you had a bad experience with Express too! Thanks guys! read more

Needed a car wash after a recent rain storm left our windows very spotty. Bought the $7 wash. Worth more than $7. They pre-rinse and wash you car before you enter the wash. Wash is thorough and drier dries better than most automatic car washes. Only complaint was that when I parked to dry my vehicle, a person came and started wiping down my tires, I didn't ask for this, nor do I know if they were even an employee. They didn't introduce themselves or even say a word. After they finished they came looking for a tip. Not cool. read more

I have a membership with this business and this is the third time I have been pushed thru the cleaning process. I spend over 400 dollars annually for 2 cars and don't feel the service. a truck in front of me got 5 minutes of love and I was in the cleaner in 1 min. this hurts because I always tip. First time I've been through a car wash in 40 years. We just took our 2021 Altima rental car after a 5,000 mi trip through their $8 Express wash. OMG!!! All the bugs were gone. Wheels and tires looked great. I would highly recommend. read more

I don't think free means what you think it means. "Free" after you pay money is the actual exact opposite of that word. I think the word you are searching for in included. I would suggest taking the weird free you have plastered all over your building down. Highly suggest you go to Ottos, they at least know what words mean and have a much friendly staff! read more

Santa Rosa Beach Location..First thing, in order to get a completely ineffective car wash, you must negotiate an almost impossible turn..to get the car situated to go through the car wash.. after doing so and paying high prices.. the vehicle was in the same condition of highway soil as when it went into the wash.. when I pointed out the soil, and asked the attendant if the car wash should do a better job, he got all sensitive and told me a didn't need to yell at him.. poor thing.. I didn't fuss, I just asked a simple question.. Then the car wash offers no cleaning cloths to actually clean your vehicle.. the car wash up the street does and it cost no more.. and by the way.. the other car wash has covers to get you out of the sun.. to vacuum your vehicle.. I see a few reviews about the vehicle not being adequately cleaned. Honestly I don't get it. I have literally gone through Point Washington trails FULLY covered in mud. And taken it through the wash, not only do the employees spend more time prewashing my truck, they have even offered to run in back through the wash if it wasn't completely cleaned. The vacuum's work great, the staff is extremely friendly, and the membership is hard to beat. For less than a McDonald's meal you get unlimited car washes?!? That's a no brainer. 10/10 read more

This place is off the charts!!! Provided free vacuum and towels and then the atr meant wiped down our wires AND sprayed off our mats. With smiles! I brought my MIL's car here to scrub down. Inside and out. I paid $10 for the automatic car wash, and one of the attendants used a hose to spray off the car as I waited to pull through. I had purchased carpet/fabric cleaner at Walmart prior to heading to the carwash, figuring I'd at least try to make a decent dent in the mess before going to a professional. As I have never used cleaner on any car seats/floor mats, I was hesitant to actually cause damage. I was referred to Preston as he works in that department. After my car made it through the wash Preston came over to see how he could help. He was able to offer some tips about similar cleaners. I ended up spending a good couple of hours scrubbing the inside of the car down. Preston came over to check on me several times, even bringing me a bottle of water at one point. So nice! He also offered to shampoo the floor mats ($5), which COMPLETELY helped. The car looks totally different. Am I proud of myself? Yes, lol! I will definitely use this carwash from now on. The vacuums are free for carwash customers - which was completely awesome this time because I had a good amount of work to get done. I brought my own cleaning supplies, but they have stuff available to "borrow". The vacuums aren't shaded, so that is a negative, but honestly the pros make up for that.
