The pick up was in Columbia and the doctor's office was in Spring Hill, so the bus at her facility was not able to transport her. I was able to ride with my mother, although I could also have met them at the appointment. Taylor - the driver - was very friendly and efficient and has a background as an EMT, so I was very comfortable with him. He arrived right on time to the pick-up and they allowed me to call in for the return-trip pickup since we didn't know how long the appointment would be. Taylor was wonderfully pleasant during the entire drive and pricing was very reasonable. Brenda was wonderful on the phone and called back right when she said she would. Appointments like this are so stressful and I can't say enough nice things about Taylor and Brenda - they are now my go-to wheelchair transport company!

Mendy was my assigned driver and she reached out two days before the surgery date to confirm everything and ensure I knew Doctor Drives was providing exactly what I needed. On the day of surgery, Mendy alerted me when she was on her way and arrived for the pickup exactly on time. Mendy was so cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. She made me feel cared for and confident that I had a true trusted companion. Mendy ensured we got to the hospital on time. She stayed through the surgery, and promptly met me at the main entrance to bundle me in her car and ferry me home safely. Mendy is a treasure who inspires confidence in this service. Dispatcher asked if he could reach me back at this phone number just in case and I said yes. We waited over an hour and decided to give a call to find out how much longer it would be. Gentleman that answered the phone told me that there was no longer a vehicle on the way and then abruptly hung up. When I called back to find out why nobody was coming, my calls were sent to voicemail. Would give zero stars if I could. Deleting this phone number from our preferred vendors list as well.

On the way home, they didn't strap his wheelchair down and when they took a curve, my dad fell over in his chair. I couldn't believe it. He hit his head on the ground. My mom was traumatized. They didn't even reach out afterwards. I had to contact the president of the company and all he did was offer a free ride in the future... like we would ever use them again. My dad died shortly after. Not from the fall but from cancer. I highly do NOT recommend this company.
