Unfortunately I live an hour and 15 minutes from them. They were so helpful, and understanding of my situation, it was very impressive. They ordered the parts, and they were able to get them in quickly. That says a lot about their ability and buying power. With them knowing my situation they scheduled me to come in and had me fixed within an hour and a half. The fact that they respected my time and the fact that I was coming from so far was very impressive. Scotty was very knowledgeable and worked quickly using just pictures. All of the staff were great. I would like to give a special shout out to Tanya, she was at the front and since I was without a vehicle was very friendly and conversational. She is absolutely lovely and was wonderful to talk to. I would highly recommend you go here, especially the Effingham location. The price since I had to pay out of pocket was very reasonable.

More then once the paint hasn't matched with other auto body shops. But we have Had Probst do more then one repair. Paint match is awesome. Not that anyone want to have to have auto body work done. But a lest now I know it will match and be done right. No worries. They have went above and beyond.

Visited this dealership for an oil change on 11/12/21, and an overall good experience however I was…read morecompletely unimpressed with the service advisor, and his act. Pulled up to the service door at 07:25 anticipating it to open at 07:30 as the sign indicated. 07:30 comes, and goes, 07:35 comes, and goes, door still isn't unlocked. Walk around to the main entrance, and see one of the sales people. I inquire about the service department; "Oh, he gets here anywhere from 07:45-08:00." Then why in the AF does the sign say 07:30?!?! ‍ Anyway ... service guy finally comes in, tell him that I need my oil changed, and sorry, no I don't have an appointment, because when the light came on it was 04:30, and the dealership was closed. "I'm shorthanded because a guy quit last week." ... NOT my problem. "There's a 30 minute oil change place just down the street." Again, NOT happening. Finally asked for the dealership manager .... Change of tune ... "Oh, you know I can get it in right now, go have a seat in the lounge, and help yourself to coffee." About 45 minutes later, and $51.52 poorer for the experience I left the dealership, and continued my trip to Ohio. Also ... I got a cool plastic cup as a souvenir of my visit.
