I haven't had to have my vehicle in a body shop in a long time. My 5-month-old car ended up with a blown out sunroof. In my rural area there was no place that would fix it except for J&R. Unfortunately I live an hour and 15 minutes from them. They were so helpful, and understanding of my situation, it was very impressive. They ordered the parts, and they were able to get them in quickly. That says a lot about their ability and buying power. With them knowing my situation they scheduled me to come in and had me fixed within an hour and a half. The fact that they respected my time and the fact that I was coming from so far was very impressive. Scotty was very knowledgeable and worked quickly using just pictures. All of the staff were great. I would like to give a special shout out to Tanya, she was at the front and since I was without a vehicle was very friendly and conversational. She is absolutely lovely and was wonderful to talk to. They are ok at doing the repair, but can't trust them in what they tell you. I had an accident where i was hit in the back of my truck at a stop light. J & R talked to the insurance companies of the parties that were at fault and thought they had settled a deal. They called me and told me to bring in my truck for repair.I called them in July and asked them if I was responsible for any of the cost and was told I would not be responsible for anything, that they would deal with the insurance companies. After the repair they had trouble getting the insurance company to pay. Kiersten called me and asked me if i could help them get the payment, so I made several calls and spent several hours on the phone to help them get the payment. After 7 months, they finally got paid and the next day I received a certified letter telling me that I was responsible for half of the bill. Just be careful, because if you sign a paper to give them permission to do the repair, YOU are responsible, even if they told you would not be billed for anything. read more
