This place is Awesome!! Friendly, Knowledgeable & Helpful. My car was repaired here at this location and it looks as if nothing happened to my vehicle. Returned back to me on the date they promised and it looked like new and it was washed too boot!! You have to check this place out if your vehicle needs repairs. My car was hit and needed body work. The insurance carrier for the woman who hit me sent me to Caliber on Westlake in Encinitas, California. I was reluctant, for a number of reasons, but decided to go there. After a few days the car was done, and ready. I was asked to sign some releases which I needed to discuss with management. Hi. I had some trouble a while back with Caliber on Westlake dr. in Encinitas, not with the body work, that was great, but with the bill. I had to readmit the car for some adjustments that were incorrect. I had to pay for a rental car while this was being done, of which , they owed me for.It took a while, but they did come through for me.
