Tim was my advisor and provided timely updates through the entire process. During the repair, as accidents do happen, they ripped a leather seat. Tim acknowledged their mistake upon pickup and said the part was on order and would advise when I could come in to swap out seat that was ripped. I also needed some interior repair on a door handle so I came back in for a second time to fix their mistake and the door which was priced fair for the work that was needed. I even waited for the second repair and was out of there in less than two hours for seat/door repair. No complaints and will come back here for any future repairs.

They sent me a confirmation email for a 9:00 AM Saturday drop-off, and then even sent me a reminder email the morning of the appointment. I arrived on time, but the employee arrived about 10 minutes late. She initially couldn't even find my appointment. After looking it up, she told me they were actually booked for the week and asked me to come back the following week. If your online scheduling system can send confirmation and reminder emails, someone needs to actually manage those appointments. Customers shouldn't have to take time out of their weekend only to be told the appointment they confirmed doesn't really exist. I can't comment on the quality of their body work because they never gave themselves the opportunity to earn my business. Unfortunately, after this experience, I took my truck elsewhere.
