The installation was done 7 yrs ago and every year after opening the pool it seemed that system installed on our roof could not hold up any winter, so on every opening we needed service as there was a major leak. Last year, Jesse informed my husband that they are installing now new materials, too bad for us as we had the old ones. Now, this year, we placed a call for our destined annual service as there was a major leak on the roof again. I am not sure why, but this time, Jesse or anyone else would not show up for four weeks. Unfortunately, we had guests over, the most beautiful hot, sunny weather where we could have used our solar system in which we invested lots of money. Jesse promised he would have come this week, then beginning of next week, three and a half weeks later, nobody came and we kept waiting as he was promising to come. Then, one evening on the coldest and windiest day of all, two Solar Wave people showed up only to tell us that it was not safe for them to climb on our roof! I expected them to come at least day after, wind died down, but it seemed that we are not so important after all as he is not returning our calls. I am enjoying the weather today, heating the pool with gas. Thanks God for internet, everyone will know about this. Stay away!

Their account manager named Katie promised me a lot of attractive things by email. However, when I received the draft contract, I saw that some points in it did not fully correspond to her promises. I asked to include in the contract everything she promised me in emails. She refused, but at the same time stated that I can use her e-letters as confirmation of her promises. But, I always carefully read the small print. And I saw that section 14 of their standard contract says that any promise, representation, condition or warranty made by sales representatives or consultant of Canadian Security Professionals are not valid if they are not written in the contract. In other words, their consultants can promise you anything in a conversation or even in correspondence. This has no legal significance. I made a last attempt to resolve this incorrect situation. I asked Katie to connect me with the owner of the business. But she refused to do this too. I thank God that he did not let me sign an alarm contract with these people.
