He said he's booking 3 weeks out, which is fair enough. But I requested he please provide me with a firm date 3 weeks from now so I could schedule time off/arrange with JVC to get the new projector (which was off the warranty so the service manager is doing me a huge favour). He agreed. No reply. Next day, no reply. Third day, I called and left a voicemail. I also texted him and told him to please call me with a date to confirm. No reply. The odd thing is on the phone in our initial conversation, he assured me customer service was his priority and he always gets back to everyone on time. That's demonstrably not true. So be warned. I want to work with an AV/Home Theatre company that gets back to you in a timely fashion, within 24 hrs. Nobody wants to be ghosted by their home theatre guys. It's been 4 days and nothing. Good thing I didn't give him my business! He clearly doesn't need it.

The motion sensors only activate when someone is standing directly under the light -- leaving the entire approach in darkness. Despite multiple follow-ups and written assurances, Joban failed to take any corrective action. I am eight months pregnant and have already suffered a fall due to the poor lighting -- yet even after explaining the urgency and safety risk, there was zero accountability or response. It's appalling that a company can ignore a client's safety concerns, especially when they've been clearly informed of the hazard they created. Repeated reminders, emails, and deadlines were completely ignored. This kind of non-performance, negligence, and lack of professional ethics is unacceptable. We are now having to hire a licensed electrician to redo the entire installation at our own expense -- costs that we plan to recover from Hexagon Services due to their breach of duty of care. If you value your time, safety, and peace of mind, do not hire Hexagon Services or trust Joban with any electrical or installation work. Their unresponsiveness, false assurances, and disregard for client well-being make them one of the most unprofessional contractors I've ever dealt with.
