They have lots of sizes, fair prices, and also other locations they can call if they're booked up. The rental process was very easy. The place is clean, professional looking, has lots of security features so you know your belongings are safe. There was a slight change in the charge for the month that we noticed later on, but the lady who helped me was friendly and accommodating at getting it sorted. Access is easy as well - you can drive up to the loading doors and they have large trollies to use. Once we cleared out our things, the process was easy and once again, exceptional staff. The facility is well-lit and accessible any time using a customer access code. It seems a bit pricey but the quality is better than any other storage facility I've viewed in Victoria. I would have preferred that they bill on a monthly basis, but they use a 4-week billing schedule. What that means is that you make 13 payments per year instead of 12. I would also love if they would introduce smaller storage units. Their smallest unit is 5 feet by 5 feet.

They were able to confirm that they are no longer made, but they took me out to the "equipment bone yard", found a match and gave me a matching tank, gratis. Hence I can't really claim to be a customer, as they gave the part to me. I will however be back when I do need to buy something, as they will be my new goto.
