Randels Tax Service requested additional documents. Those documents were provided as requested. 2) No follow confirmation was provided to me via email or phone. 3) I made numerous contact attempts via Randel's current website, and business card information in an attempt to get the current status of my 2025 tax filing. 4) No Response/reply via email or phone. The same attempts were made by my spouse which lead to the same result I experienced. 5) Additional calls and emails were sent. I finally get a call with a person that identified themselves as worker Randels Tax Services, stating they needed additional documents. 6) I explained to this same worker person that the documents they are requesting had been sent a while back. However, we will send provide the requested documents again. 7) I verbally requested confirmation via cell phone or email of receipt of documents received from me or my spouse. Again negative results. 8) As of April 25, 2026. My spouse or I have not received any information or status from Randels Tax Service regarding our 2025 Tax Filing. 9) As an effort to understand why we haven't been able to communicate with Randels Tax Service, my Spouse and I drove to the location list on their current website. Which clearly states the open and closed hours. We arrived at their location at approximately 11:15 am. The outside doors to the office were closed. Subsequently, leaving another un- returned voice message. 10) So disappointed! Additionally, Randels Tax Service still have several current documents relative to 2025 tax filing.

We then received an auto email that an extension had been filed but nothing from Kylie at all, despite many calls, texts, and emails. Finally we ended up getting them filed and they were rejected because of a mistake she made, she included a dependent we asked her to remove because she did not live with us that year. We had an installment plan for payment and when the taxes were were rejected they demanded we pay in full or they weren't going to fix them so we paid someone else to do them. They still want us to pay for them and when I said I would not be paying any more and listed all the above reasons why Sheri called me a liar! Shari you should be embarrassed! What we thought was a complicated tax return due to assets we have in a foreign country Bob didn't make it sound one bit complicated. He put our mind at ease letting us know everything would work out and how he could help us in the coming year to plan to help save us money to the point we walked away feeling so grateful and appreciative for his knowledge, compassion and helpfulness. The person on the phone stated I need to choose from a drop down. I was shocked- because there was no drop down, just a blank space to type in the amount. They were not familiar with there one pay system. The person stated payment in full is required in order to get a link to upload documents and the questionnaire form. This was never mentioned in the consultation or in the email. In addition, first email I received has one set of pricing and the email I received after the consultation increase by $350.00 When I forwarded the original email and asked if they will be honoring the original quoted price. There response was "The Fiduciary Tax Return reservation fee for our early bird engagement bookings " So - NO they are not honoring No mention in the email about early bird or price only good for 30 days- nothing. This is what got me- In addition they stated this word for word copied from email. "I checked our availability with the team and was informed that we are currently full and not accepting any new fiduciary engagements until further notice. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot take on your engagement at this time but we can add you to our wait list upon your request. I have already initiated the refund for your New Client Consultation fee of $62.50 so you should see it post to your credit card within a few days." So I was dropped - on Friday they stated they have room. Very interesting. Needless to say, this left me in a challenging situation- trying to find an accountant on a short notice to file my taxes.
