1 STAR -- I would never bring another vehicle here. This shop claims to be the "best in town," but my experience was anything but that. I brought them a BRAND-NEW 2026 Audi A6 literally the day after taking it home from the showroom. What should have been a straightforward tint installation turned into THREE return trips because the work was repeatedly not done correctly. First, the tint on the FRONT window was cut short. I brought it back to have that corrected, and somehow after the "fix," the BACK windshield tint was then cut short. There were also bubbles after the curing period, debris trapped behind the back windshield tint, and gel/application residue on the back windshield that I pointed out from the very first visit. Then came the latest return visit, which was supposed to correct prior issues. Instead, I got my brand-new car back with THREE NEW problems: the THIRD BRAKE LIGHT was broken, an interior panel near the windshield was damaged with lifted/pulled threads, and debris appeared in the FRONT CAMERA/SENSOR AREA behind the rearview mirror. A visit that was supposed to FIX problems created additional damage. They also left tint solution/residue throughout the interior, including staining on the leather seats. The latest visit was also ridiculous from a communication standpoint. I dropped the car off at 11:00 AM and was told it would take about FOUR HOURS. By 4:00 PM, it still had not been worked on. When I called, I was told they were "working on it." My Audi app showed the car locked and parked outside. My husband physically stopped by, and sure enough, it was not being worked on. We were then told they were "baking" it in the sun so the tint would come off more easily. If that was the plan, say that. Don't tell me it's being worked on when it's sitting outside. As of 6:30 PM, the car was STILL not finished. Jonathan was a major source of frustration. My experience with him was that he was condescending, dismissive, and rude when concerns were raised. He told my husband the car would be ready that day and said he would call if it wasn't. We never received that call. Once again, WE had to chase them for an update. Elias was the ONLY person throughout this ordeal who was consistently helpful and actually seemed interested in getting us answers. I do want to give him credit for that. Communication overall was terrible. My husband reached out directly to the owner, Vic, TWICE and received no response. Funny enough, getting a response when you're asking for a QUOTE doesn't seem to be a problem. Apparently communication is much easier before they have your business than after there's a problem. I was also told I would be given a ride after dropping off my car, yet I ended up paying for an Uber TWICE. When I brought it up, I was told the team apparently couldn't come to an agreement about whether they should give me a ride. How is that the customer's problem when a ride was already promised? Then, to "make up" for everything, they offered me TWO details. On a brand-new car? Why would I want MORE services after seeing the quality of the work I already received? The car did not need a detail. It needed to be returned in the condition it was received. They also love trying to upsell you on other products and services. Maybe get the tint right first. After all of this, I demanded a refund, and the tint charge was refunded. But a refund does not erase the damage done to the car. I was told the replacement part for the broken third brake light would be ordered THAT SAME DAY and that I would be notified. Jaden was supposedly going to order it. That didn't happen either. No one contacted me. I had to call AGAIN and was told the part would be ordered and they would "be in touch." When I asked WHEN it would actually be ordered, I couldn't get an answer. This is exactly what dealing with this business has been like: they tell you something will happen, it doesn't happen, no one contacts you, and then YOU have to chase them down. Their own invoice documents that the front windshield sensors need cleaning because debris is stuck in the camera area, that there is staining in the seats, and that the third brake light was broken and needs replacement. Three return visits. Two Uber rides. Front tint cut short. Back windshield tint cut short. Bubbles. Debris behind the back tint. Gel residue. Leather staining. Then, on the latest visit, a broken third brake light, damaged interior panel with lifted threads, and new debris in the front camera/sensor area. Hours of delays, unanswered messages to the owner, a promised call that never came, and promised parts order with no clear timeline. If you are going to call yourself the "best in town," the workmanship, quality control, communication, professionalism, and accountability should reflect that claim. I regret taking my car to this shop. The experience from beginning to end has been extremely disappointing. First, they offer different levels of window film, and unless you pay significantly more for the ceramic film, the regular film they install is extremely poor quality. If you're expecting a clean, professional tint job, be very careful about what you choose. The installation itself was unacceptable. When I picked up my car, there were bubbles all over the windows. I immediately brought it to their attention, and I was told that this was "normal" and that the bubbles would disappear after about five days. I have had window tint installed on all of my previous vehicles, and I have never left a professional tint shop with windows looking like this. I waited the five days as instructed, and guess what? The bubbles were still there. I returned to the shop, and they agreed to redo the tint. The second installation was also poorly done. There were still bubbles, and on the rear passenger-side window, they cut the film too short, leaving a very noticeable gap. The workmanship was honestly embarrassing. I went back again, and instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly told me, "You have one year, don't worry." That is not the point. I paid for a professional installation, and I should not have to keep returning to the shop over and over again to get the job done correctly. They asked me to wait again while they replaced the film for a third time. And after all of that, there are still bubbles in the windows. At this point, I've given this company multiple opportunities to fix the problem, and they have failed every single time. The workmanship is poor, the installation quality is unacceptable, and the customer service is extremely unprofessional. There was no real apology or acknowledgment of the poor work--just repeated statements about having a one-year warranty. A warranty does not make a bad installation acceptable. I shouldn't have to keep bringing my car back multiple times for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Do yourself a favor and shop around. There are plenty of window tint shops that offer much better quality, workmanship, and customer service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. I showed up ten minutes before my appointment. My car didnt make it into the bay until 90 minutes later. In all fairness, 90 minutes was mentioned when i called but i understood that as install time and not timefor the job to start. Not sure if thats industry practice or they just got busy really fast. Either way, a recalibrating of the process would benefit the customer experience. The complimentary snacks and water was a nice touch. I got ceramic tint on the front half of my car. The tint is still curing but from what I can see, it looks properly installed. I'll update this review as necessary. Price was at the industry standard for ceramic. read more

I had a horrible experience. The only reason I'd ever go back is to use the "lifetime warranty," especially after how much I paid. I called around 2 PM for a quote on my newly purchased Toyota Camry and was told it would be $179, plus they'd throw in a windshield strip if I came in at 4 PM that day. I agreed, scheduled the appointment, and nothing else was mentioned. When I arrived, I was immediately upsold, and the price jumped from $179 to $550. Afterward, I found out the friend who referred me paid around $330 (around there) for her SUV, and I remembered they charged me $375 last year for my Corolla. The pricing didn't make sense, and it honestly made me feel like they charge people based on what they think they can get away with. When I questioned it, they told me they don't post prices online because they don't want people thinking they're "too expensive." To me, that's not transparency. It feels like pricing depends on who's selling you rather than a consistent standard. They refused to offer even a partial refund and instead offered me a free detail, which completely missed the point. Businesses need to remember it's people and their hard-earned money that keep them in business. Trust, honesty, and clear communication should always come first. The tint itself looks good, but I won't be back because I don't agree with how they operate. Let me start by saying this place must pay for their reviews because there is no way they can possibly be so highly rated based on my experience and that of three others that I personally know of. We made an appointment to have our BRAND NEW 2026 Model Y get fully tinted (windshield, roof, all windows). We used their website to obtain a quote for the service and to coordinate on making our appointment. Upon arrival, we were told that they were overbooked and we would need to leave the car all day and they would "squeeze us in". After not receiving a call and seeing as it was nearing the close of business, we decided to show up to check on the status and were told the car has been done for hours. Why no call? No reason was given. They then tried to charge us more than what was quoted and only honored the price after we showed them the texts and they reached out to their manager for approval. We did point out numerous areas of concern regarding bubbling and were told it would go away in a week or two. Fair enough. A few weeks later, not only had the bubbling not gone away, it had gotten worse. We scheduled another appointment to have the windows and roof re-done. Same thing - "Overbooked, leave the car all day, we'll call you". Same thing- no call, no updates and had to just show up before closing time again. The main difference? They completely destroyed the interior trim, headliner and passenger visor. Everything was soaked, headliner/pillars, dash, center console, seats. Most of that I knew would be fine, as it would dry and we could use some sort of stain remover to get rid of the dry water marks. The main issue was that they must have slipped while cutting the roof tint and sliced the headliner and passenger visor. They did their best to make it right by having their interior detailer try to remove all the stains, and then stated they have an upholstery guy that would replace the damaged liner and visor. After approximately a month or back and forth trying to get this all coordinated, they stopped texting altogether. I even offered to have it replaced at Tesla and they could reimburse me with zero markup or additional fees. Nothing. I did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be filing against them in small claims to be reimbursed for the cost of repairs, refund of services rendered, court fees plus interest. I've been more than reasonable and realize things happen in the course of doing business. That said, I wish I would have known how they treat their customers ahead of time and if I were currently looking for these types of services, I'd be very hesitant to conduct business with anyone who refuses to correct their errors or damages to someone else's property. I was told on June 8th if I paid in full for a wrap I'd be in within a week and a half. After multiple attempts to get an update, I kept getting strung along and sometimes straight up ignored. I finally said I want a refund and I no longer want the service, I get a text saying no refunds. Even though I was never told this and never signed anything stating this. It's now July 12th and I don't have my money, they've just stopped replying to my requests. I don't want to make an issue out of this, which is why I've asked for my money back, peacefully. But they have over two thousand dollars of mine and at this point I can't even trust them to do the job even if I wanted them to. AVOID...AVOID...AVOID... I took my 2010 Ford F-150 to Ca Car Pro's Palmdale location after Jonathan, the site manager, assured me they could detail my truck and make it look like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Based on that promise, I agreed to the quoted price for paint restoration and a full interior detail. I dropped my truck off on June 19, 2026, and was told it would be ready for pickup on June 20 at 5:00 PM. When I arrived, Gabe (who said he was filling in from the Lancaster location) told me the detail team hadn't finished because the General Manager had assigned them additional work. He asked if I could leave the truck another day and pick it up on June 21 at 4:00 PM. When I returned on June 21, I was extremely disappointed. The paint was covered in water spots, and the interior detail had not been completed. The truck looked nothing like what I had been promised. I took it home and called Jonathan the next day to express my concerns. He apologized and asked me to give them another opportunity to "make it right." We agreed that I would bring the truck back on June 27 at 8:00 AM and pick it up that evening. When I arrived at 4:45 PM on June 27, the truck still wasn't done properly. The door jams were still dirty, the windows hadn't even been cleaned, and several other issues remained. I walked the truck with Jonathan and pointed out everything that had been missed. He again asked me to leave it overnight, promising all the issues would be corrected for pickup on June 28 at 5:00 PM. When I arrived on June 28 at 4:45 PM, the shop was closed. The following day, June 29, I returned to speak with the General Manager, whom employees referred to as "Milo," although he introduced himself as "MJ." He assured me that my truck would become the top priority and that every concern would be addressed. He also told me he would personally be there when I picked it up later that day. When I returned at 5:00 PM, he was nowhere to be found. Instead, I was handed off to the new location manager, Mike, who had little knowledge of the situation. We inspected the truck together. While a few issues had finally been corrected, the overall quality still fell far short of what had been promised and what I had paid for. At that point, I told Mike that he and the General Manager needed to determine an appropriate partial refund or discounted fee because the services I received were clearly not the services I purchased. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. If you're considering having Ca Car Pro detail your vehicle, I would strongly encourage you to do your research first. During my multiple visits, I spoke with several other customers who were also returning to have problems corrected. One woman was there for her third tint repair. Another customer said his truck had been dented during a PPF installation and was there seeking a remedy. Yet another customer had returned for tint issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ca Car Pros. The company seemed far more focused on upselling additional products and services than on delivering quality workmanship or ensuring customer satisfaction. Wouldn't recommend I went 2 times for tint because first time had bubbles all around usually they go away in like 1-2weeks like they told me but stayed like that for 2 months then went back so they can tint it again and now it's the same bubbles every where and I ask for 5 around and 15 front windshield car isn't even dark enough you can see thru them when the sun is out and at night either they don't have good quality tint or gave me something I didn't ask Wouldn't recommend the car detail as well They were supposed to deep clean the interior and didn't the first time it looked like if they just vacuumed the car but I had picked it up at night so couldn't see till the morning and results were the same dirty so I took it back that same day and told me to come tomorrow and they would take care of it of me and when I got it back that same day at night again I made sure to bring a big flash light to see they kinda cleaned the seats but still can see them dirty looks like they rushed it and seats were so wet they didn't clean any plastics or the headliner They also take in the walk ins before your appointment like we made an appointment you should do us first not this walk-in's So at that point be a walk-in and no appointment. Avoid this place at all costs. I brought BOTH of my brand-new 2025 Mercedes here for window tinting and it has been the single worst experience I've ever had. One car was returned with visibly scratched windows, the other had bubbles and dirt trapped under the tint. Despite a 10 a.m. appointment, we didn't get either vehicle back until nearly 4 p.m.--a full day wasted, only to receive damaged work. When I pointed out the scratches, the "manager" claimed they took photos and sent them to the owner for review. I was told someone would call me within 24 hours. No one ever did. My husband and I repeatedly called and texted just trying to get an update. We were finally told by the owner, Vic, to drive to their Palmdale location so he could inspect the damage himself. After taking time out of my day to do that, Vic admitted the damage was their fault and promised to "take care of it," saying he'd order replacement windows and schedule the repair. That was back in March. From then on we got nothing but excuses, broken promises, and silence. Despite multiple follow-ups, no action was taken. It took a court order in September--six months later--for them to finally replace the damaged windows. And even then, they still have not retinted the replacement windows, which was part of the original job. This place has shown zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero customer care. They damaged my car, admitted fault, promised a fix, disappeared for months, and only acted when legally forced to. Even now, the job is incomplete. If you value your vehicle, your time, and your sanity, do not take your car here. There are plenty of tint shops that know how to do their job and stand behind their work--this is absolutely not one of them. read more

DO NOT, I repeat, do not take your car to CCP. We paid on a Saturday for 2 cars (1 all around and 1 just front doors/windshield.) Gabe was the one who helped us. Next day bring the first car and suddenly once they get your money, no more nice guy. Especially Gabe. Let me just say this now, Gabe is a jerk and a liar. Went early but they didn't start the work for a couple hours. The other car came along around 11am when the first was almost done. Due to an auto-starter on the windshield, we decided not to get that done. GABE promised to refund the windshield the next day. He didn't. And, it took them around 7-8 hours to do the 2nd car. We called throughout the day and kept getting told it'll be done soon. Hours later we went over around 8pm and still not done. We finally get it and it's a bit sloppy. Poor work just to finish. I called a couple days later about the refund for the windshield. Told it's done and just wait the customary 3 days. 3 days, 3 weeks, numerous calls and subsequent promises from them, plus another 2 months later I finally got the refund. I only got it by going done in person to demand my money back. If I can convince just one person to avoid California Car Pros, it's worth it. You've been warned. Gave them a one star because couldn't give them none.customers BEWARE of this place I paid over 3000.00 in Dec 2023 for a vinyl wrap by Dec 2025 the vinyl wrap was separating.Look at their website it says 5 to 7 years warranty. In May of 2026 I contacted them took the truck to see what they could do I spoke to Vic the owner and of course now they say it's 2 to 5 years warranty and that I should not have faced it north. So of course it's the customers fault not their material or workmanship. Unknown to them this is not my first wrap I had my excursion done in 2002 and yes there is fading and peeling but nothing as horrible as CPC 's work. I know how to take care of my vehicles I only hand wash it and it had a cover. The owner Vic said he would just remove their work as I had requested but he was booked until the middle of July 2026. So now that it's the middle of July I have texted him 5 times so now he is ignoring me. I am embarrassed of this truck my neighbor had wrapped his car by himself before I did and it is still holding on I would have never spend that type of money for something that lasted not even 2 years. To lure you in they are so nice perfect customer service. But hopefully you don't need them to fix their work and if you got money to blow every two years then go to CCP read more

i requested to get my tint done here they had informed me that they were going to take all my back windows tints off and put the new ones on and it all looked decent until the rear windshield. It looked so much darker compared to the other 5% tint I had in the rear passenger windows so I couldn't see anything out of it. I went there the next day asking for them to look at it and they told me it's what I asked for even though the tints did match at all. When I asked if they can look at it and fix it they told me they'd charge me $200 for to take it off and put new on even though it was their mistake. So I had to call someone else to do it and turns out they never took off the old tint they just slapped 2 more layers of 5% tint on top of the tint. So to learn from my mistake ask very specific questions and watch them so you don't get screwed like I did. read more

The staff were friendly, and the shop itself is clean, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, the quality control, communication, and organization do not match the presentation. Throughout the process, they seemed extremely unorganized and constantly gave me the runaround whenever I asked questions or tried to get clear answers. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like nobody knew what was going on with my vehicle. There was also a complete lack of documentation. I was never given proper paperwork, itemized receipts, warranty information, or any clear record of the services performed. The only proof I have that I paid for the window tint, paint protection film, and wheel powder coating is through my bank statements. The wheel powder coating was handled by a third party, so it is no surprise that it was the only service that turned out well. The work performed directly by this shop has not held up nearly as well. After only five months, the window tint is developing a large number of bubbles, and the paint protection film is already peeling. For services that are supposed to protect and improve the appearance of a vehicle, this is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The employees were polite, but that only goes so far when the workmanship does not hold up, documentation is apparently optional, and getting straightforward answers is such a hassle. Based on my experience, they seriously need to improve their installation process, final quality inspections, communication, recordkeeping, and overall organization. read more

Scheduled an appointment and got there 10 mins early. At the same time they had a couple walk-ins right before me. Guy ended up squeezing one right before us. As we waited they didn't start working on our car 1 hour and 40 mins later. What really pissed me off was they took the walk in before our car. We were scheduled and he wasn't. If you're going to set an appointment you should get push out because you decide to squeeze someone else in. And you should be an hour and 40 mins late on working on a car. All-n-all after it was done, it took around 2 1/2 hours to get back and side windows tinted and that was with a scheduled appointment. Quality work was good. Very clean, non bubbles, overall great work, however service wasn't right and that's why the low rating. This was the Palmdale location. read more

Back in 2025, the team tinted my Mazda and did an awesome job. When I realized the shade wasn't quite as dark as I personally wanted, Gabe went totally above and beyond. He took the time to give me some different options and offered to have the team re-tint it for me just to ensure I walked away happy.Because Gabe provides such incredible customer service and the team does such flawless work, I brought my new 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander back to them. I got a quote for an all-around tint, front PPF protection, and a ceramic coating. The team already finished the tint and it is absolutely perfect! Everyone here does a fantastic job. Found this place because I saw the ad they have across the street from Costco, My experience was awesome from the time I called to the time I walked in and out with my car tinted, it's been about 2-3 months since and only tint still looks awesome to this day Shout out to victor who answered the phone and set me up with an appointment appointment (later found out he's the owner) super chill guy and thank you to Hannah as well who was very friendly and accommodating when I was there made sure I got out by the time I needed to be out 10/10 would recommend this place !!! read more

I did my due diligence in searching for someone to install window tint on my 2023 Tesla Model 3. After reading reviews of different places, I came across this place Vic answered all my questions and explained the process in detail. I scheduled my appointment for the next day. Upon arriving at the shop, he was ready to start working on my car as promised.( actually I was early) A few hours later I was pleasantly pleased with the results. I wouldn't recommend this place, took Tesla Model 3, with white seats, I agreed on a price Palmdale location was full, so they asked me to take it to Lancaster location, I regret taking it there. 1st time getting tinted windows on this car, I mentioned please cover seats, got car back with dirty seats, took back car back window wasn't done right and had bubbles they fixed it replaced back window and still has bubbles, I'm not taking it back again they left back seat more dirty than the first time, why wouldn't they double check car was done correctly second time and clean. I had two issues. The time I was told it would take, and the cleanliness of the facility. I was told the tint job would take up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later it was done. The bigger issue is the lobby and bathroom. The lobby is where the customer's wait. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The snack bar was filthy. No one in their right mind would consider touching anything at that snack bar. The bathroom was even worse. The trash can was over full. There are paper towels all around the can on the floor and on top the lid. There were no paper towels to dry your hands. The floor was in sanitary to say the least. One thing is to run late. I get that. Had they come out and communicated this. I assure you less folks would have been upset. Having a filthy place of business is simply in healthy. I will not recommend this business to anyone. Ever. read more

Amazing experience here. Needed my whole car redone from a shop that did a terrible job. The team here did an incredible job and were super friendly.
