Just called them to see how much they charge to cash an Unemployment/Disability government issued check and the female in the phone named Noemi wouldn't answer my question. I had to ask three times because she wouldn't answer. She kept asking me my name, call back number, just to finally say that she couldn't disclose that information on the phone. WTF?!?! Aren't you a check cashing place? I mean it literally says that in the title of your business name. Idiot! read more

I visited the Los Banos store yesterday to add money to my debit card. It was around 6 :30 pm and the store became suddenly busy all of a sudden. The store associate Marianne was very helpful and courteous, even though she was slammed with work, because she was by herself at the time. I could tell she was feeling overwhelmed and scattered, but she remained cool and professional through it all. I just felt that I should write a review, to let people and hopefully her manager know, what a good customer service agent they have working for them. read more
