BEWARE! Do not get money Western Union to this place of business! Veronica is not a nice person and I can only describe my encounter as very discriminatory to what my appearance was at the time. I worked all day, threw a hooded sweat shirt on and went to get MY hard earned money that was sent to ME. I left there not only without my money but I also left feeling like a criminal! I am very appalled at the way Veronica conducts herself and treats her customers! I actually had to rush down the street to Money Mart In packed holiday traffic, as my family was waiting to eat dinner, before everyone was closed! I walked into Money Mart filled out the SAME paperwork Veronica DENIED me on and they didn't discriminate against me and didn't ask me any weird, very personal questions and gave me my money like a professional business should! After all of this drama I felt the need to file a complaint. I went back to Veronica to show her I had recieved my cash and didn't have any issues. She rudely clapped and gave me a thumbs up. I proceeded to tell her I was filling a complaint against her and she told me I needed to leave the store. I later called and spoke with another employee, ( I believe his name was Daniel) to file a complaint against Veronica. He informed me that as soon as I walked out Veronica had filed the complaint against herself and spoke for me without my consent to use my information in the complaint form (I have a feeling the complaint she wrote was altered to be in her favor). Apparently that's how they do business!! In my business, if someone wants to file a complaint against one of my employees, I would NEVER have the employee who the complaint is against file the complaint! I've never in my life felt the way that this lady made me feel! I'm very disappointed with my encounter at this store and with the employees who are the face of this establishment. read more

The Manager Zoa, is such a professional great customer service representative. Here I get treated with respect and and they are always quick, best of all, the most people on line are no more than 3 - 5 people. I enjoy their service and I highly do recommend this place specially to those that are having trouble cashing big amount checks, (If you got your ID and a personal reference you are all set). I am surprise with a couple of negative feed backs, which both have to do with discrimination and lack of customer service. I have to admit I was very surprise because I have seen the people that work here always getting out of their way to cash your check and make it happen. The employees that work here do not know how to do their job and are rude. It's an all Mexican store with girls that don't look presentable to be at work. I went up to window she took my check and id no hello or wait one second she didn't not know how to interact with customers. It took them 30minutes to cash my check. The manager was talking in the back and said she has her days where she just will give help to people but not today. So I felt like that store is ran by Mexicans its a Mexican store only! White people don't try to go in here you will get treated differently. Not a good place to cash check. Don't go here read more

Zero stars so I found out that Alex Martin is the manager shoot he should lose his job he's a unprofessional man child and I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business here I called corporate and they are handling the situation he tried threatening me which is against the law and if front of my mom while she is sick class act Alex I'll update when I get more info about if he is let go or not because some clown like that shouldn't be a manager or have a job if he's going to throw a tantrum read more

This is a five star review for the employees at the store on McHenry in Modesto CA. The ladies there are very respectful helpful, iam a customer and I've gone in there when there are 8 people in line and one employee with answering the phone and helping people in line deserves a five star but for corporate one star cuz they need to get help or schedule more employees Customer Terry barker read more
