They listened to what I wanted and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience if I wanted to change something. You can tell that the nail artists want you to be happy and satisfied with your nails. I took a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it and they confidently said yes before I even made it past the register. The lady doing them (chair #2-front desk) rushed through and cut the nails unevenly and while filing the nails I asked if she could fix one that she had already done to which she rudely replied 'I'm not don't yet!' Halfway through she asked to see the picture for about the 4th time and finally decided to tell me that they didn't have the right colors. I had to settle for something waaaay off of what I wanted, with unevenly cut nails, and one completely botched but after I asked her to fix it and she told me 'that's just how gel is' I gave up. When she was done she literally grabbed her bag and rushed out the door validating what I already believed to be true-she was rushing to leave. Didn't care at all about customer service. Didn't care how much I was spending or why. I get it if you need to leave early but rushing through and being rude isn't the solution. Just have someone else do them. If you have other options for nails, I would go to them. Disappointing. I am posting what I asked for, what I got (again after being confidently told they could do it), showing how uneven they are.

My regular nail salon was closed for a week and a half, and I wanted to find somewhere nice to just get my toes redone. I usually cut, file, & shape them myself because I prefer them a certain way. I asked the woman who did my pedicure 5 minutes beforehand to please not cut, file, or shape them because I had already done so- yet she decided to cut them, to their shortest length possible. At that point, you can't exactly do anything because the nail has already been cut. I also wanted a gel pedicure with just white, I've done white for YEARS and it's the only color I prefer. I was then watching their tv in the salon, she finishes the first coat on both feet and had already let the UV light cure. By that point I look down and realize she gave me French tips, which is no where close to 'all white.' Well, you know once the UV light has cured, there's not much you can do other than to restart. I ended up paying and leaving, then got home and was actually inspecting my pedicure more closely. That was a breaking point for me because I wanted to pamper myself and instead got probably the worst service possible. There is many uneven spots in the top coat and paint, one toenail was not even cut at a straight angle, my nails are now as short as they can be. All I could do was just cry, not only did I absolutely hate how they turned out, but I'm also now out $55.46. On top of that, to even go and get them redone AGAIN, if I want them the way I want them I need to wait for them to grow out where they were to shape them how I like them. I will not be back here ever again, and I highly urge their future considering customers to take my first and last experience into their thoughts on coming here.

You can tell they really care about their clients, not just going through the motions. Anna did my pedicure, and she was incredibly thorough. She cleaned everything so well and paid attention to all the details--my nails have honestly never looked this neat and polished. April was also wonderful very warm, professional, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. From start to finish, my manicure and pedicure felt smooth and stress-free. The service overall was excellent, and you can really feel that they take pride in what they do. I'm visiting from out of state, and I have to say--I felt really taken care of here. It's not always easy to find that kind of genuine service. They also offer drinks, which was a really nice touch, and they were always happy to bring water or anything I needed. It just made the whole experience feel more elevated. At one appt I asked for my nails to be shaped squoval and she snapped at me that there is no such thing. Excuse me, the posters on the salon wall show squoval as a shape. The final straw was booking an appointment on a Saturday and showing up on time and being told to come back in an hour. I work all week and plan my weekend carefully so this was not acceptable. She could have called and not let me show up just to be told to come back. I don't pay for someone to be rude to me and I won't be back. April needs to get a personality that is not so rude, nail salons are a dime a dozen and some actually make it a pleasant experience.

Ketchina is a color magician and my hair always looks fantastic and when I say, "Holy crap my hair looks great!", Ketchina has to remind me not to cuss . Also, the salon is certified for Diva Curls - so you girls with curly hair need to check it out. It's some type of specialty hair treatment that brings girls in from miles around. The salon also has a large selection of hair products and tools. I tried Moroccan Oil for the first time and now use it after every was.
