Tried using LA County Sheriff's Dept 6 times to serve a defendant. The Sheriff's Dept was not successful in all 6 attempts. The Sheriffs were given the home address and the office where the defendant worked. We missed a court date because the Sheriff's could not serve him. We hired Nancy on a Friday and that Sunday she had him served. She even faced down a 200lb Mastiff/Pit Bull mix at his home. Thank goodness the dog recognized quality and professionalism. This review is way overdue but I wanted to wait until Nancy completed my second service of process. The first one was pretty simple. Wait/stalk a pseudo celebrity at her place of work until she arrived after knowing we were following her and she has been evading is for several weeks. I called Nancy after finding her On yelp and she was like no problem let me give it a try. No joke first day she texted me with a picture of the girl walking away with the papers in her hands and was like "DONE". I couldn't believe it happened so fast. The second was a little harder. It was someone we were trying to serve with a restraining order but we didn't have his home address only his work address but he was NEVER there!!! So she attempted to go there a few times and then finally reached him on his cell phone and said look I don't want to embarrass you any further. I will find you one way or another so you might as well meet me and low and behold he agreed!! Sooooooo she drove to meet him even though it was out of the scope of where she was to provide the service.
