Ace Water Spa combined the therapeutic benefits of massage and water. It utilize a system that controls the flow of the water to condition specific areas of the body. You can choose from light to hard pressure massage. Management of Ace is strict with dress code and proper swimming attire is required. The shop located at the entrance sells rash guard, trunks, and swimwear for kids. Upon getting our access, we proceed to the entry point at the 2nd level. The shower room is wide enough to fit all guests. We are provided with swimming caps and keys for the locker to secure our bags. Smartphones and camera is not allowed at the spa area. You can take your photos at the viewdeck before going down at the pool area. Hydrotherapy stations are labeled with instructions and health benefits. Tight muscles was relieved as I lay down the acupuncture rainshower. High impact rain showers drizzle through my back and legs. Invigorate your senses at the Herbal Zone with 4 pools of different scents: Mint, Jasmine, Rose, and Lavender. It promises to sooth muscles and keep the skin soft. Each pool is marked with temperature and recommended maximum duration of stay. The herbal pool is located in the corner of the steam and sauna cubicles. It is advisable to dip into the cold pool after the thermal bath to moderate body temperature. Plunge into the 25-meter Lap Pool with 4 lanes. This is also the venue for the swimming lessons by Bert Lozada. It is an interactive experience for the whole family. Young ones can play around the kids's pool, floor fountain, bucket splash and float in the lazy river. 4 hours of relaxing aqua theraphy is priced at P550. Get a discounted vouchers by availing online coupons from Metrodeal. The Spa is open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. Booked a Deluxe Executive Suite for P5500 inclusive of spa access for two, breakfast, and a voucher at Sky High bar worth P500. Price is not at par with online rates so I reserved directly at the hotel through phone call. We are assisted with kind gesture from check-in until we vacated. The room is equipped with a comfortable bed, working station, a dining table for two, and small kitchen. The grocery is just a walk away from the hotel. We shopped for ingredients at the Pioneer Center Supermarket to prep for dinner. The room's cooking area is complete with an induction stove, microwave, refrigator, dishware, and utensils. Relaxed the night away at Sky High Bar in the 21st floor. The penthouse gives a 360 view of Ortigas and Bonifacio Global City. Menu price is as high as the venue. The glass of cocktail is priced at P165 and beer is at P100 per bottle. Ordered a platter of spring roll trio for P220. There are a lot of restaurants within the hotel including Persia Grill, Figaro, Eleven Tables and Share Tea. Unleash your inner artist at Sip and Gough. Book a session and paint over wine and cheese. All the materials are provided for P1000. Simply go to the official website of Sip and Gough and register for a session. Kapitolyo is also a known food mecca. Ace Hotel is near food parks and unique dining options. There's Silantro for Fil-Mex tacos, Rub Ribs, Locavore for fusion filipino food, Lee Hak Korean BBQ, and even fast food choices. De-stress, swim, sleep, play, and eat. Convenient location and hassle-free transportation options. There are Cabs and Uber outside the hotel. Ace Hotel and Suites is strategically located near Pioneer St. and Shaw Blvd.

Unlike other hotels, they provide you a folder with your pen and paper. That's a first for me. In their buffet, I've tried their Pumpkin Soup, Sweet and Sour Fish, Roasted Herb Chicken and Beef Stroganoff. I like their Salad station as well. And really love their Banoffee cupcake. Highlight for me is the dessert and the Beef Stroganoff. It's tender, not that salty and gravy has a nice consistency. The Banoffee pie is also great! Love na banana caramel flavor! So if you are looking for for your next event place, Ace Hotel and Spa will be a great option for you.

I love this place! It's where I quarantined for 2 days…read morebefore coming back home to L.A. Luckily for me, my brother happens to have timeshare here so my stay was courtesy of him. I checked in Saturday early afternoon right after I had lunch at my cousin's place in San Pablo. There wasn't much of a crowd when I got dropped off which was a win cow it was hot af. I think there were only a couple other parties checking in the same time as I was. The man out front opened the door for me and assisted with my luggage then ushered me to the front desk. The whole process was super quick. The people out front were super friendly and nice. Someone assisted me with taking my luggage up to my room. He gave me a full tour of the room and explained pretty much everything. My goodness, my room was quite the spread. First off, there was a whole ass kitchen. I could've gotten groceries and made food in the room, but I chose chaos instead as I usually do and got food from outside. Second, the whole place was so clean. As soon as I saw the huge fridge, I instantly regretted declining the food that my cousin tried to give me. The kitchen and living room are separated from the room. There was a decent size tv and comfortable couch where I comfortably napoed while playing music from the tv. The room was spacious. The view at night was nice being so high up. I think I was on the 24th floor. The blackout curtains came in clutch when I woke up late in the day because sleeping in is the name of the game when you have no plans. There are a few dining options walking distance and if you're into walking under the hot sun, Megamall is about 10 mins away. There's also a mini stop right next door. They're open 24/7 - WIN! I really wish I took the time to write down the names of the people that helped me because they deserve all the accolades. I hope you enjoyed the buko pie I brought over. What a pleasure it was to stay here. Thank you to everyone working the weekend I was there for an enjoyable time. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

*Note: This is 4.5 Star review…read more The last time I stayed in Go Hotels was back in 2010 at their Mandaluyong branch. At that time, I didn't like the room and the location was not convenient for me. When I saw that this branch opened in the middle of Ortigas area, I decided to give Go Hotels another chance. I must say that, compared to the Mandaluyong branch, they stepped up in terms of customer service! During the week that I reserved, it was the weekend before Christmas and there were heavy rains. I remember that I planned to check-in late because I had a meeting in the afternoon. Unlike other hotels (if you don't appear on time, they give your room away!), they called me to make sure that I was still going to avail the room and wanted to ask if I needed assistance to get to the hotel (amazing!). When I arrived at around 5PM, they had all the papers filled and even a pouch of complimentary toiletries. I signed everything, paid with my card and went straight to my room. Quick and easy! The room is spacious and comes with a LCD TV. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were the down-feather kind (so soft!). WiFi comes free with the room and it was steady the whole evening. Best of all, the bathroom is clean and well maintained. There is a no eating policy in the room which is a great idea so that no insects are attracted into the room. If you want to eat, they have a common area near the elevator where you can eat and have drinks from a vending machine. Robinsons Galleria is just a few steps away. You also are near Megamall, Podium and Shangri-la mall. Don't worry about getting food. There are many food options near the hotel. You can also walk to Sapphire Bloc for a few drinks (go there for the Happy Hour, 4-8PM). Go Hotel is a good value hotel compared to the other hotels in the area. This is not a "Five Star" hotel but if you need a no-fuss, comfortable place to stay while in Manila, this is the place to be! :)

It has a separate living room with a mini refrigerator, a hallway with another refrigerator, and then a bedroom with two full-size beds. The layout and space were honestly impressive. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The first refrigerator didn't work at all, which was inconvenient. The bathtub is unusually high, making it difficult even for an average person to step in and out safely. The air conditioning is also locked to a single temperature, so there's no way to adjust it for comfort. The biggest concern, though, was cleanliness. There were small roaches throughout the room, including on the bed, which was very unsettling. The pillows were in poor condition, I did request replacements, but the ones provided didn't seem much better. I also asked for additional towels, but was told none were available. On a positive note, the staff were very polite and courteous throughout the stay, which I appreciated. Overall, I tried to make the best of the situation, but the issues with cleanliness and maintenance made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. **UPDATE** I needed to update my review. Now only 1 elevator works. So that what made me take away stars.

There were pancakes, various rices, fresh fruits. You name it, they have it.. the nicest part of the breakfast experience was the staff in the dining room. By the second day, they were all calling me by name. I don't know how they remember everyone, but they do. And they immediately brought my cappuccino to my table as soon as I sat down, and were the most lovely employees I have run into anywhere., especially Mike, my waiter. The hotel connects to a large shopping mall next-door, where there is an incredible food court, full scale, grocery store, full scale, pharmacy, a large department store with a business center to exchange money, and many many stores. All this at less than $100USD a night.

Positive: 1) Staff are polite with accommodating behaviors. 2) Location - various activities around the area during the christmas season 3) Breakfast Buffet - the choices and service of staff is excellent. Negative: 1) Received confirmation letter on 12/23/2022. The unit has been ordered to be set up good for 4 adults and 1 kid. On day of check in, room is not ready after entering the room. With your guests allowed to check in means the special requests should have been set-up too, not during your guests are already inside their room. 2) Room cleanliness is not appreciated specially the floor with carpet. Not vacuumed properly. 3) Your pool has several debris floating above - which made the other hotel guests not to swim. That includes the base of the pool too- dirt, slippery, etc. 4) On day of check out, 2 guests were locked inside the room. This does not affect their time on that day, but traumatic also. to them. Your door lock run out of battery ( we appreciate the preventive maintenance you had in place ). How the management respond? They have to use "something tool" to open the door for quite a bit of time.
