The studio itself is so incredible- it really makes you feel like you're away from the noise, and it's always very calming. Massage: I have been getting massages to address a specific injury and I am so happy someone recommended this studio. The massages are really long, thorough, and really work the areas that need it. Since I am working to get my body back to 100%, Nala always makes sure to address changes, where I'm experiencing pain, and how to alleviate my body when I'm home, etc. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and a holistic approach too.
