Services timeframe Aug 2023. Services provided and paid for are the following Traditional 60 minute massage and Signature 90 minute facial. Pros: I was able to reserve at a moment's notice to relax myself from an extended work trip. Traditional Massage was nice no complaints. Massage was as expected. Cons: Signature Facial was not what was expected. Facial expert did not use a mister or use adequate water to mix product on my face. So at the end of the facial there were globs of product on my face and scalp. Which for a location that claims "luxury" there shouldn't be an excessive amount of product left on my face to look like I am peeling or "boogers" on my face. After my facial, I requested to use the bathroom and noticed this then proceeded to remove and wash off the products off my face. To be fair, I didn't inform anyone b/c this is a new business and I was going to provide feedback privately to the owner via DMs. Also I wanted to be understanding that maybe the person a conducting my facial is new. However, the last straw was prior to departure I decided to purchase some new products from the Emminence line they were promoting. I purchased a pineapple toner and sadly I had to return it due to an allergic reaction. The toner was in the original box and pamphlet with proof of purchase. I was declined by the owner because they required a photo of my face having an allergic reaction regardless of already paying $393 for services not including tip. I even was willing to compromise for trading another product item for similar value. I gave this two stars for the lack of consideration and facial that left me leaving highly unsatisfied. I would have left one star but the massage therapist was their saving grace. read more

The staff were amazing-so friendly & attentive! The Rosehaven is clean, bright, and beautifully designed. The lovely lounge I waited in before and between my treatments offered a variety of beverages & snacks. The Signature Facial was incredible! I had a licensed esthetician for my facial. Audy took the time to assess my skin and skin care needs. She chose the best Eminence Organic products to addressed my concerns about the texture and tone of my skin. My skin was hydrated, soft, and radiant afterwords. I loved the pillows & blankets on the majestic chairs for my Signature Pedicure. I felt like a Queen on a throne. Going to Rosehaven was an experience from the moment you walk in. Inside it is beautifully decorated and designed to help you relax and enjoy your time there. I had an amazing facial and the esthetician did a fantastic job. I also got a pedicure and I loved sitting in the chair with fluffy pillows and a blanket. As a busy mom that alone was rejuvenating. I joked with my sister saying I wish I could sneak in even just to use the restroom because it was so beautiful, and then I'd sit in a robe with slippers in the resting/meditation area and drink all the amazing cucumber water and eat snacks. My point is this place is AMAZING. I have not seen or had the more "spa type" experience in Cache Valley until now. Any of their services would be an experience. Truly a time to shutdown, relax, and do something for yourself. read more

Your prices are too high, your competitors in this valley are better priced and right now with people tight on money they're not going to spend that much money on a facial and add-ons. There are other places here in the valley that are way cheaper and you get the same if not better treatments. read more

I love Rosehaven Skin Bar! Decor is beautiful and relaxing and the staff is wonderful. I had a 60 min massage that was wonderful. Bed was heated and so comfortable and the therapist was fantastic! I also had a 60 min facial which was glorious! (Maybe even better than the massage!) I have been to a lot of high end spas in California and Florida etc, and I was very impressed with Rosehaven! Sub par place. I got a facial, it wasn't terrible but I could tell the esthetician was young and just starting out. The spa felt cheap, and cheesy to me. I bought 4 new products, spent over 300$ and ended up with a cream cleanser, after telling the girl I hate cream cleansers, when I got home and realized I asked to exchange and couldn't. I wanted to give it one more try with a mommy and me pedicure but very Poor customer service so I'll never go back. read more
