This is a rip off ! I called several computer repair places and was told over the phone they could…read morenot repair a hardware issue with my hp laptop. This person; however, told me he had an associate that likely could and he would take it to him and expedite the repair. He said I'd get faster treatment being a b2b situation. My husband took my laptop to him presumably to just drop off and all he did was make a phone call (to this associate) who told him he could NOT repair it and it could damage it further if he tried. He charged $45 for wasting my husbands time. He then tells my husband he can find me another refurbished laptop on Amazon for $350 or so and tried to get me to book another appointment for this service so he could charge me another fee. So, he doesn't do what he told me he'd do, then tries to steer me to a different computer on Amazon. I never asked him to find me a different laptop! I know a bait and switch when I see it. He could have given me his associates phone number so I could have found out over the phone it couldn't be repaired...for free! But he wanted a face to face appointmentI. I can certainly manage to buy another laptop if mine cannot be fixed. Guess he thinks people are that dumb. Burn be once...

My experience with them costs me $600+ unnecessarily when they misdiagnosed an icemaker issue and would not return the replacement icemaker when mine begin working again two days later. Mr. Shouse refused to return my calls and would only communicate with me through the tech. He communicated and unmovable "no" to take back the unopened ice maker and return it to whirlpool for a refund. With no other choice, I allowed them to install the new ice maker. Now the new one doesn't work! When they returned a couple of days later to address it, a new sensor was needed. Now I have a perfectly fine icemaker sitting in the garage in the box. A brand new icemaker in my refrigerator and I'm buying bags of ice to put in my iced tea. I don't understand how businesses like this stay afloat. But if this is their MO: misdiagnosing problems, charging customers unnecessarily and refusing to make good on their mistakes then I guess that's one way to make money. Please avoid them at all costs.

So that's how Mr appliance make their money,take that 149 plus tax Tell them it's on back order on to the next customer,take that 149 plus tax and it's on back order and next it's on back order,next customer it's on back order etc.....What customer going to sit around for fridge,stove,etc..for months because Mr appliance can't provide service.Everything on back order? Still waiting for Mr appliance to finish the job!
