They went out of their way to accommodate our tight schedule. They took truck load after truck load of salvageable items to local thrift stores that support the community such as St. Vincent De Paul and the Lighthouse...It is tough parting with your years of accumulated boxes (of memories and unused items being stored because "we had the space"). They charged $350 per load to the landfill and made 2 trips because they brought a small trailer! Then charged $275 for the load going to be donated. Tim was flippant when discussing the job in the phone. If I had been the one making the final call, we would not have used this company. I will definitely not choose them in the future for any of my needs!

The following week they returned to install a new tree line and privacy fences. It looks wonderful! Joe and his team are super communicative, efficient and knowledgeable. Tyler came to help with a stopped up drain in my 85 year old farm house, that turned into a much…read morebigger job upon realizing that the drain was not routed into the septic. Instead, it was draining into the ground...something that was acceptable in 1940 when it was built. Over 85 years, the drain pipe had eroded and likely collapsed, causing the sink to stop draining. Tyler went to great lengths to figure this out, and was 100% ambitious, positive and reassuring in stating that it would be fixable. Two days later, he returned to perform the work and succeeded at rerouting the pipe to the septic. Tyler was extremely hard working and represented his company in an exemplary manner. It was not an easy task and he should have been supported with some help, or the job assigned to a smaller plumber. He gave 5 star effort. I would not, however, rate the company as high, due their lack of concern for his safety.
