He then pushed through every roadblock that my insurance company put in the way. He is passionate about fairness and doing the right thing. Very high pressure, and if I may say so, completely full of crap. Our house was built 9 years ago. He gave us some gobbledygook about the window frames not being made of virgin vinyl and experiencing chalking, and explained that he wanted to replace all of the outside windows of our garage. He couldn't explain why, since it's a garage and not a living space. It's quite clear that these folks pray on anyone who doesn't know enough about basic home repairs to be able to evaluate the statements that they're making. I just hope none of my neighbors are actually taking this company up on their scammy offers.

The salesman said, "well, we are a one day sales company", hubby said, "we are not a one day buyer." Finally got the point and left, with an attitude, I might add. My bad for not looking into their reputation better, live and learn. We will be going with a truly local company.
