**long post alert. DO NOT USE CALL THE GLASS MAN TO REPLACE YOUR WINDSHIELD ****happy Sunday I'm here to write a review I'm gonna try to be as nice as possible cause I just got out of church but I need to let my people know about this man "Call the glass man". I paid for a windshield for my car put most of my money down. Took 1 1/2 weeks for it to come in. When it finally came in the first call came after 10pm this past Monday that he would be to my job Tuesday around 3pm to install, ok see you then. He never showed up. Tuesday evening around 6 he called stated he was "5" min away. Never showed. I called him and he stated he was still "5" min away. By this time it's almost 8pm still no show. Finally around 830 he pulls in driveway then backs out and takes off again . Never came back. I called multiple times got no answer. So I called from a friend phone because now sir you playing with me. He answers, Space that some lady walked outside but he didn't recognize her so he took off but he never called me to make sure he was at the right house. He had people in the background sound like he was at the store down the street and if you know where I stay the store down the street is not for a white man at that time so I only know of one thing he could have been doing . Once again he tells us he will be there in five minutes I don't know what's up with this in his five minutes but I wish the five minutes away well after that 20 minutes past so I decide to text him you can see the screenshots he pulls up. As you can see it is 1020 at night. He begins working. He started my car and it ran for over an hour, also broke the paneling around my windshield. He did not leave my house until 130-am then want more money from me and threatened to take me to court for it. This when all hell broke lose cause hold the hell up. I informed him that all his actions and work were recorded and he got quiet and said ok. Not to mention my cousin stayed outside with him the entire time and helped him which he should not have needed any help cause this is your profession not ours. After we all exchange words and we call him out he states we are even and proceeds to leave, which he didn't get far because he got stuck on my curb and had to be pushed by my friend and my cousin just to get out and leave. The next morning I awake to actually see the damage on my car and when I drive all I hear is air. I text to receive no response at all. And now I have to bring my car to a different business to be repaired DO NOT USE THIS MAN PORT ARTHUR. His name is Call The Glass man!!! read more
