I had to flag someone down who was getting water from behind the counter he kinda nodded at me and took his time to get there no big deal and so while he took my little cabinet up because are you sure you only want 12 inches I said, sir that's exactly what I want right there and so then he turns around he goes OK and while he's checking me out in that burps once, twice, but three times and I'm looking at him and finally he says oh excuse Me. Extremely poor Customer Service it is not what I'm a accustomed to and I have dealt with this store. Many many times when I had 27 rent properties in Beaumont so I know what this store is capable of I know what their content is and I was not impressed with the personnel whatsoever. He kept asking me if I was moving to Arkansas. I told him it was none of his business. But how rude number one not to speak to anybody when they walk in number two how rude it is to be Belgian in front of somebody and I turned around. I asked him I said and so what is your name? I've been working around here for about a year and a half and did not know such thing. Welcome to the Walmart of the tools stores. Here is an excellent place to find those tools that are cheap in price as well as craftmanship but that is not a bad thing. Why get those kind of tools here do you ask? Well if you worked in the construction business you will most likely understand that you need those "cheap" tools to lend to your co workers that like to not give things back, you've lost only $5 and not $15, get it? Got it? Good! There are lots of "gadget" tools that will keep you amazed and wondering why those were not invented earlier or why you have not seen them anywhere else. They have everything from those electronic fly swatters ($5 here, $12 at other places), your staple tools aka wrenches, sockets, screw drivers etc, varment traps, compressors, small electric hand tools, jewelry cleaners, wheels, welders and women.... yes, they shop here too. Customer service is pretty much helpful and friendly. If they notice the lines getting backed up a quick intercom call will squash the situation in minutes via stand in's hustling from the back to man the other two cash registers. Parking is plenty, it sits in the same parking lot as a pawn shop so if you can't find what you need over there, you should be able to find it here.
