The office staff is friendly and very efficient. The facilities are spotlessly clean. The medical staff is very attentive to my needs, actually listening to my concerns, with educated responses and excellent referrals. I feel heard there. Yes, sometimes the wait feels long -- but please, anyone, show me a doctors office that doesn't have a long wait! The wait comes from a medical staff that is actually listening to their patients, rather than just shuffling them out the door, whether it's for a cold or a sore shoulder!

After waiting for 1 1/2 hours to see him, I simply asked if He was running a little behind today, and was told, "I don't need any lip from you, and that if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else." Afterwards He told me that I am " fired" and walked away. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but maybe he should realize that everyone he is seeing as a Dr, is having a bad day, or they wouldn't be there to begin with. Maybe he should lean upon some of the scriptures he has placed throughout the building, and upon the one who authored them. I took his advice, and went to another Doctor. I will pray for him, and his bad day, that it won't translate to the care of his other patients. Compassionate caregivers are a blessing, and are truly priceless. Non compassionate and non caring caregivers are a dime a dozen, and shouldn't be tolerated or patronized. Sent from my iPhone
