I found Angel Care Family Clinic on Google and saw all the great reviews they had. I decided to give them a try, I was a walk-in patient but they were still able to treat me fairly quickly. I was able to get diagnosed and get prescribed antibiotics in a reasonable amount of time. I initially had my prescription sent to CVS, but it turns out they weren't in my insurance's network, so I called the clinic back and they happily forwarded my prescription to Walmart, so I was able to pick it up. I remember prior to leaving the clinic I got really light headed and they gave me some ammonia to sniff it really helped! They even let me take a few for the road. I paid a $40 co-payment. I highly, highly recommend this place. Their kindness and dedication to their patients is something that is greatly admirable!

In the following year, I had symptoms of heart problems that led me to Vital Heart. I took a printout of my AZ test results with me, for them to review as part of my initial visit with them. Dr Marcy Lim was the Doctor that saw me. She was shocked when she reviewed the results, and immediately scheduled an evaluation for heart stints, with Dr David. I had over 90% blockage in at least one of the veins on my heart. Dr. David immediately preformed a procedure to place stints in the effected areas. Then, I realized she is only an answering service, and if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait 6 days until someone else returned to the office to call me to get my information (and who knows how long I'd have to wait to be seen after that). If the first person I spoke to is any indicator on how the rest of my experience will go, I will easily move on and find someone else.

With access to my medical records and about eight weeks out from my scheduled exam, I called this office to schedule a new patient appointment. Over the course of a three-day period, no one ever answered the phone at this office (281-465-4050). At varying times, I would be prompted to either call back at another time or leave a message and my call would be returned "by the end of the business day" because they were "busy helping other patients." Twice I left very detailed messages. I never received a call back from this office. Lower than a one-star rating: if a doctor's office can't get their front desk to answer the phone at ANY time during the day (I called on and off for multiple hours over the course of multiple days), and then phone calls are not returned after messages are left -- forget it. If this is an indication of how you and your staff treat your patients, you're not a physician I'd want to see anyway. Located a different doctor. Their office answered the phone on the first try and I was able to make an appointment immediately.
