They took their time and made sure his treatment was thoroughly done to the best of their ability. Knowing what they are made of. Makes it hard to settle. One bad apple can ruin a batch, right? I recently went myself in the middle of the night. Sweet team, great Dr. Happy with the services. I felt the action plan was solid. There not a whole lot you can do if its 2am in the morning when you need your meds filled. First thing head to pharmacy feeling lousy. Wait in a long line.... Only to find part of our action plan didnt match up. And the pharmacy tech tells me, we do not have an antibiotic for you? No inhaler was called in? You got a nebulizer med and prednisone here. Okay, great but when you cant breath...You cant carry a nebulizer around to help you breathe in an emergency situation? And I need the antibiotic! So I call ED, I explain im at the pharmacy, I made it to the front of the line. They say there's no prescription for antibiotic? This woman annoyed for what ever reason. Tells me, WELL, You tell them They DO have the PRESCRIPTION! I said can you stay on the phone...she said she is looking one more time. No, they have it! Click! Pharmacist here's my frustration, my defeat, I can barely talk. He steps in to the situation with empathy. Looks everything up. He says Mam? I do see the prescription it moved to another screen because it can not be filled. The Dr wrote the prescription wrong. We did send them a message, they haven't responded. We will send it again. So I call back...At this point, Happy Hanna is even more annoyed. We'll ill let someone know. That Dr is already gone. Thank you. Checked back 3 times. Nothing! Another full day suffering with all this drama. I've already spent hours in the ER. I just want to get better so I can be where I need to be and provide for my family and make my living too. And these inconveniences will put me into 48 hours after my initial diagnosis without the treatment. Great Service, Great Doctor, Happy with the treatment plan. My previous doctor at HFP, who was a respectful, intelligent, good-faith partner in my health care, retired. I'd have begged him to stay but he was emotionally exhausted. Can't imagine why. I was tested for heroin, cocaine, barbiturates, fentanyl, marijuana, oxycodone, methadone and other substances. They did not itemize in advance the things they were testing me for - I found out on the results. They tested for weed. Which is none of their business. Go for it, guys. You own my body. You don't need a search warrant. You aren't the government. You can just blackmail me for my health needs. I can only assume that this information will eventually be used to deny me insurance for one reason or another. I just discovered I now owe six hundred dollars for the privilege of carrying a bottle of my own urine down a hallway in full view of other patients to prove that I am not a heroin addict. Passed with flying colors, everyone. I haven't done an interesting drug since 1995 and have never been addicted to anything but cigarettes, which I quit, ages ago, like everyone else. Interestingly, they don't check for cigarettes, which are as addictive as anything, and have quite a bit of historical data supporting their lethal effects. Great news, it is completely fine with whatever corporate behemoth now controls HFP if you smoke cigarettes. Perhaps I should start. They also neglected to mention the $600 insult that awaited me. I guess they thought that was best left unsaid. Honestly, they were probably right on that one. (If you're curious what phenyclidine is - it's on the report on the image, that would be PCP. They tested me for PCP. I am paying $600 for a completely unnecessary test that established that I do not take PCP.) I'm stuck with them, because it is my responsibility to myself and my family to do what it takes to get mental health care. I came very close to not doing it, but I need ADHD medicine to function. When I questioned the requirement, I was told 'everyone is treated the same way' to which I would respond 'Yes, but shouldn't no one be treated like a criminal if there is no evidence they are a criminal other than that they are living their lives?' But I cannot say this, because they will note on the charts that I am 'difficult' - they probably already did - and things will be worse. So here is the result of this: I am in my fifties. Will I get a mammogram? No. Will I get a colonoscopy? No. Will I get a pap smear? You have got to be kidding. Not in a million years. Will I submit to any regular testing of any kind? No. If I have a fever of a 103, will I call them? No. If my appendix bursts, I'll go to the hospital. If I break my arm, I'll go to the hospital. If I get the flu and have a fever for four days, I'll take Nyquil and drink orange juice and suck it up and hope I don't die and if I get close enough to dying, I hope my partner will take me to the hospital. "Parole officers" are not doctors. I hate the medical care I get, and I hate that I can't get better, and I miss Peter Weitzman, a respectful and compassionate doctor. Those don't exist anymore. Oh, and the benzos on the report? Oh my yes. I had to take a Xanax just to get in their doorway. I'm not playing whack-a-mole hunting through the cabled-together conglomerate of a nationally terrible health care system try to put a glass slipper on the kind of doctor that no longer exists. I am clearly emotionally not ready, and you can't call and ask 'do you treat patients like criminals?' because that marks you ask a drug-seeker. This isn't obeying in advance. It's obeying because I have no other options available. Giving them two stars because the techs are kind and competent, the front desk is friendly, and you never have to wait too long to see someone.

I asked how she obtained the medication and she told me "the providers prescribed them for each other." When I reported the behavior and the pills to the medical board both the practice and Michelle Cutler lied and denied the behavior. I still have the zip lock baggy and four pills. I have not touched the pills inside so I can assume any forensic evidence on the pills inside would not be mine. She and I have touched the outside and inside of the baggie. What kills me most is the emotional damage it has done to my teen son. He is friends with her son. My son thinks I am a liar as well. I am an emotional hostage. Sure. Turn over the evidence and prove myself not a liar. My son is still mad. Stay quiet my son is still mad and continues to think I am a liar. You employ a liar who has no regard to the feelings of families and children. Only her own. She engaged in unethical practice of Inter provider prescription of a controlled substance at a previous employer (her words). She gave controlled substances unauthorized to a civilian and then denied it when confronted in a legal manner causing emotion harm to a patient and a minor causing estrangement and damage. This is who you employ. A CYA "care provider". To the public be careful in your selection. This was my "friend" who though she was "helping" a friend with PTSD rather than working with her therapist and giving her a proper course of medications that was recommended. Which was within her power to do, which she would "not" do because we were friends. She would not treat me properly in her office due to to "ethics". But she did slip me four pity pills that were unethically prescribed to her and then lie when confronted. And at a cost to children. A severe lack of empathy towards mental health is shown here. More training is needed. She told me.....she just couldnt help me. Even though I was a patient at her patient farm practice. And she took my money and insurance. Visit after visit. Stay away. Be leery. Very leery. This NP will hurt you. Drain your bank account with appointments while getting proper meds for herself. Patient farmer, lier, manipulater of children. Be careful.
