Outside the church there is a hill where stations of the cross can be done - very serene and beautifully maintained garden.

It was a goose bump worthy display to say the least I felt it in my heart all the way to my toes! An amazingly soulful rendition of the song. I was blessed to share in worship! Additionally, the sermon from Pastor Nearpass reaffirmed our need to engage, respect and hear our older generation as we have an abundance of knowledge and wisdom that will be lost if we don't lock into now. All of this has confirmed my choice in following my worship of Jesus with this parish. I am happy to have extended my family.

A bit of constructive feedback: they need to expand to a larger space/separate into a few sales…read more There were wayyyyy too many people here the other day and it was absolute chaos all around. People were shoving each other, which is pretty deplorable, given you're at a church sale. I'm happy for them that there's such a turnout, but if there were that many donations for things, there needs to be a bit more organization involved. Every room was overflowing with totes under tables, and it could have easily been clothes and toy sale a few days, and then household items and appliances a different day. Or they need to expand the sale to other buildings/areas to keep a healthier flow of people and traffic going.

The…read morehomily was decent, but I was appalled that when I went up for communion, the priest ignored the traditional body language of receiving communion directly on the tongue, and would not meet my eyes; after a pregnant pause and him not making eye contact, I was forced to open my crossed hands to receive. If you are a traditional Catholic and believe the consecrated host doesn't belong in laymen hands, this is not the place for you.
