Service is at 10:30 Sunday morning but they don't usually get started before 10:45 - 11AM. Approximately 30 or so attenders were present. Friendly, but a bit shy with strangers. Good music and singing and a sermon plus communion made up the service. The pastor Mike Whitman loves the Lord and His word and is a friendly open gentleman. Some simple food was served after like pasta and hot dogs. Coffee and tea was available before and after. Worth a visit!

I was so impressed with the lunch they give out on a regular basis I had to give them praise. Rob is the cook today and he went all out, like he does every time. Today's menu was homemade pizza, homemade crust and organic/local grown veggies. The 2 flavors were Italiano and taco. They served with a good looking side salad. The pizza they were giving out here was definitely better than any pizza sold in this area. I respect the love and effort put into feeding others. There is no person that is superior to another and I am so happy to see this church feeding people with the same quality and care all people should be afforded. Donations are accepted and yes we will be donating to this amazing organization.

It is the only church…read morethat I know of that has helped all of the people who walk into this church, homeless and all no matter their color, vaccination status, race or circumstances for need of shelter, food, showers and clothes. Rev. Bernie is the best of the best in Brookings.
