The front desk receptionist(older African American lady with glasses)needs to have a better understanding of how she speaks and the tone of her words. She's not someone that I would prefer to deal with when it comes to making appointments or just for general help. She won't even apologize for the mistakes she made have made and or show some sort of empathy. She thinks it's ok just to have mental lapses..I usually have a greater respect and understanding for older people no matter what color. But when you feel like your above or better than, I will put you in place respectfully. In my opinion she needs either training and or possibly another assignment that keeps her from dealing with patients who legitimately need help.
