The parking lot was relatively empty since the outlet had just opened, so it was nice being able to browse without feeling rushed or crowded. I stopped in several stores looking for stockings and ended up finding a pair of heels that I was really happy with. The customer service representatives I encountered were all incredibly nice. A few of them spent quite a bit of time trying to upsell me, but I never felt like it was aggressive or uncomfortable. I was still able to shop in relative peace, and a couple of the employees were especially helpful when I needed assistance finding some of the more obscure items. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit. It was an easy and relaxing stop on the way home, and I'm glad we decided to swing by.

There was a need to get a suit redone so I let that go. The tailors wife was very nice who did my fitting. I picked up the suit and paid. It was not pressed. The next time I went to wear it I had a very painful discovery. The tailor left a sewing needle (still had the thread in it!) in the seat of the pants. The first time I sat down I got stabbed. I immediately called and spoke with the wife who was both ashamed and very apologetic. "This has never happened". I was assured a full refund. When I went to get it the tailor/owner didn't apologize, and very rudely gave me my money back. DO NOT EVER USE THIS TAILOR!
