I just discovered this shop. Believe me when I tell you it doesn't get better than this. If you can't find something there, you have a problem. Chico's travelers, perfect condition, $24. Everything from Chico's to Lilly Pulitzer, to Bob Mackie. Yes they have a lot of stuff. Yes, the shoes are on top of the racks - some of them. And, yes, please have your new clothes cleaned. That only makes sense. The owner and her assistant were delightful. Go with the idea I in mind that you will spent some time fishing through lots of eye candy for the perfect bargain. So cluttered I couldn't look through the racks. Paper shopping bags filled with clothes all over the place. Incredibly disorganized. It gives consignment a bad name. I was never greeted nor acknowledged, and I was in the store at least 10 minutes. If they got rid of 1/2 the items perhaps it would be easier to shop there. A very disappointing experience and I have no reason to return. read more

I love this store! Yes, I agree it is cluttered and the prices can sometimes be high. But, I have found several Lilly Pulitzer items at decent prices that I love! I have also purchased several pairs of shoes there. I initially thought the sales clerks were unfriendly, but once I engaged them, they were great! read more

This place is jammed pack with clothing, shoes and purses but it is very cluttered and disorganized. Some of the clothing and purses were dirty and stained. The shoes are on top of the clothing racks all through the store and they smell terrible. Prices were quite high for a consignment store. I picked up a Coach purse that was quite worn for $120. read more

Love this thrift store for women's clothing. I always find something nice to add to my wardrobe. The prices are fair and the store owner is very nice. The only negative is that it is hard to get to the clothes because they are so jammed packed together. But in a way, that is a good problem to have, more choices. read more

do not understand how Elizabeth Thomas is still in business. My Aunt had taken 15, some of which had the original tags, back in September 2013. Each and every month she has gone in to request a status update on her items, only to be given the run around. Excuses like, our inventory is backed up to I don't keep a comprehensive itemized log of each item brought in by consignors, to I don't know which items have sold, to I don't have time to help you locate your items...etc. It has been longer than 90 days and according to the article... "merchandise will stay on the sales floor between 60 and 90 days. If an item isn't sold, consignor's have an option of picking up their clothing or having it donated." If this is the case, why hasn't my Aunt been able to retrieve her items. Each month since September, my Aunt has gone back to hear that there haven't been any updates nor credits on her account. Since it appears that Elizabeth's is unable to sell the items, my Aunt would like to have them back. HELP! read more
