Today is Saturday, July 29, 2017. David Calvin has been maintaining my yard for the past year. I casually mentioned that my home looked as if drug dealers lived here and that I desperately needed some out of control shrubbery cut back. Due to the size of the job he informed me that he would need to bring on help in order to get the work done timely - he quoted three days. We negotiated a price that was fair to me and profitable for him. David completed the job in one day - hauling and all. I told David my home needed painting, concrete poured in the back yard, and desert landscaping in the front yard. David stated that he could do everything that I needed done and asked "when would you like to get started"? That was Wednesday afternoon. Bright and early Thursday morning he and his crew power washed my home - early Friday morning he had every window and door taped off and began painting - by Saturday afternoon and his crew had my home and an exterior shed, 25 feet long and ten (10) feet wide completely sprayed! His next job at my home will be to landscape my front yard with desert landscaping. David and his crew are deserving of a 100 star rating!!!!!! Fantastic!! I called David Calvin about a complete mess next to my office that the city and code enforcement have ignored for months and months. A blight on our city and street from the large encampments of vagrants and others in our wetlands. Calving and crew responded immediately to one phone call and were on the scene the same day!! Unbelievable mess was gone the same day; at least 3-4 trips to the dump. Very happy with David's work and his prompt response. I have already hired him for a number of other jobs and have recommended him to the city of Vallejo to help clean up the many blighted areas of our city. Five ++++ stars. read more

Contracted business owner this morning and he was at my house within 20 mins as promised. Loaded and hauled my trash for reasonable price.

I called Calvin and he told me he would come by Saturday to trim my hedges. The timing was important for two reasons 1) the painters were coming on Monday to start painting the house 2) this was one of the few Saturdays I had available as I travel every week. Not only did Calvin not show at the agreed upon time, he never called, texted, or even responded when I texted to ask if he was still coming. He wasted my entire Sat and as a result delayed my house painters by almost a month. Don't waste your time. read more

David did a horrible job he left it half done and even removed my original post, call someone else. He sounds and acts professional and for easy jobs i bet he is great. I needed rocks removed and he went over the quote and completed only half the job. The only thing he is fast at is cashing the check. So i hope any of you out their want to stiff somebody do it to this guy cause he deserves it. read more
