After two uses the green coating started to wear and the base leather show through. I contacted Stefano at the shop who totally dismissed my issues and said I'd left it soaking in water which was completely outrageous given I spent a huge amount of money! He tried to sell my another bag but refused to acknowledge any problem. I am left with an expensive bag which cannot be restored without significant cost. This is an outdoor bag which should be resilient and strong enough to cope with weather conditions not something for display in a glass case. I bought an Italian product assuming quality and got a very poorly manufactured item rubbish quality and a complete rip off. No acknowledgement of customer issues and no customer service. If you are looking to buy proper Italian craftsmanship look elsewhere.

Take a virtual stroll down the Via Gombito into the Via Colleoni with the aid of the pictures in this review. You can see the reality. Tiny shops, many of them 100's of years old, clamour for your attention: grocers, greengrocers, salumeria, dairies, mens, ladies and childrens wear, shoes, stationery, bakeries, delicatessen, jewellers, craftsmen in wood, marble, furniture and glass. Not to mention cafes, winebars and even a 'pub'. Restaurants and churches all worthy of worship. The buildings of the two tandem streets have been carefully preserved. Even shop fronts must conform with the historical design. They cannot be enlarged or merged to form department stores. There is no neon, no jutting shop signs, nothing lacking in taste. This is Shopping Heaven. Here, even I can do shopping.

Also I love their Manor restaurant, we ate there few times and it was very cost effective. Clothing department wasn't anything special a lot of American brands that we have in USA, so we were not interested in clothes. But I highly recommend their to -go smoothies and food. And also MANOR restaurant is very good also open during 3-5 when all restaurants in town are closed.

I came here for their cafeteria style dining and it was very busy because I came during the lunch rush. There is salad, pizza, meat, wine, breads, fresh juice and a lot more. Everything is individually priced so it does add up. I wanted to explore Manor and they had so much merchandise. They have things for home, toys, novelty items, clothes, sports equipment and a lot more. Seriously, everything you need is in here. Again, price is a little steep.
