Amazing people here! Took great care of my mom and were very attentive to her needs and health!

Great Cardiologist and clinical staff. Front office always very attentive as well as the back office.

Worst place ever to come and get your heart check. Waited 1 hour just to be check in. With appointment. Been here 3 times and I always have to wait for a long time. 0 no stars at all. No communication. After a month of waiting for my appointment they call me to cancel 1 day before my appointment , because the doctor was out of town, when I try to reschedule I had to wait another month This Clinic needs an update. Place looks to old. Dr. Needs more time with patients. If your request your records information you need to make an appointment to pick it up they will not have it ready. Unless you make another appointment. I'm very disappointment how they handle patients waiting in the lobby for a long period of time unless you tell them that you will have another doctor's appointment or you need to leave as soon as possible. If you let them know that you been waiting for a long time they will call you put you in a room and you have to probably wait another 20 to 30 minutes in the room. The only person it gets 5 stars is the person that takes your EKG very professional other than that this place is a mess. Staff are very disorganized. read more

you literally wait for 2 hours with no exaggeration. my appointment was at 1200 and i was seen at 1410. it's okay if you get great care but the doctor is in a hurry! he went inside the room and in 5 minutes he is walking out the door without even bothering to ask if all issues were addressed. just walked out the door... very bad patient care and to think we waited 2 hours for that. i think it's good that the new system ( i heard ) is basing the govt remuneration of doctors based on the quality of care that they give. if it's true then i can't wait to get hold of that survey form. i think the other reviewer who gave a 5 star is either family, friend or an employee. If there were any negative stars, I would give it but this place takes its sweet time, my mom had an appointment at 4, and its 5 already... We are literally the only people in here, no other people waiting just us and we are still waiting... Dont go here unless you like wasting your time sitting in uncomfortable chairs.. read more

Really really bad unprofessional receptionist the worst ever the clinic has poor dirty equipment and they should hire new people with professional attitude and better customer service because with that kind of people working there the clinics going to run out of patients!!!! My dad always have check-up and non stop diagnostic test. Getting the disability placard certification requires a lot of return appointments. If you need heart specialist, this is the place, otherwise if you are looking for primary care doctor, find an internist (internal medicine doctor). read more

This place is like a museum of medical equpment... their devices are 20 years old. The nurse doesn't know how to measure blood pressure. They do ECG on paper! Don't waste your time, unless you have no other options... read more

My wife went for a follow up appointment about a week and half ago and if could give this place 0 stars I would. I'm still trying to figure out how this place is still in business? That's beyond my judgement. First of all, she had to make an appointment to get her results for her stress test. Secondly, Dr. Camacho ended up not telling her but some understudy "you know what" who I'm going to elaborate on shortly. He was extremely rude and so unprofessional. My sister in law had accompanied my wife to her appointment due to me being at work, and was extremely rude to both. He had a strong accent so my wife and sister asked if he could repeat what he said. He then got extremely frustrated and just cut them off until he was through talking. He then begun to tell my wife that she needed to go and see a nutritionist and needed to work out more. The way he told my wife was so demeaning. Oh, so glad I wasn't there!!! But it truly affected my wife where she was in tears talking about it when she told me. You have no idea how much I wanted to just drive over there and give that particular doctor a piece of my mind. How dare you call yourself a medical provider and you have the audacity to tell that to my wife?!!! What is wrong with you??? And the nurses there are not as knowledgeable as they should be. They should know the basics of blood pressure checks and general medical inquiries. But they didn't even know that. My wife told me there were numerous times that they kept coming back and forth to the room and everytime had the "deer in the headlights," mentality. And finally the receptionist was rude and so unprofessional. They have set hours posted on their door and my wife told me that a customer who called and asked the question to verify was met with snappiness and being talked about and laughed at behind their back. No one is going to know your hours unless you post it accordingly. So in conclusion my wife is definitely never going back, we're getting on the phone with TRICARE to find a new provider, and staff is completely unprofessional and lacks the basic medical etiquette. Don't know how they're still stung afloat, but if you can find an alternate place to get cardiovascular care, take the time to look elsewhere. It'll save you a whole lot of stress. read more

one of the frontdesk by the name of monette was rude,seemingly lacking her phone ethiquette.i called their office early around 10 am july 7 to reschedule my uncle's angioplasty due to ride/transport problems.Monette sounded upset and said "minadali nila akong i/schedule sila sa july 9,wala naman pala silang ride(they dont have a ride and yet they rushed me into putting them for july 9)" ...then she goes ...."they said they will find a ride".without giving me a chance to speak..she continued w/ an upset & frustrated voice "i alreaddy faxed all his paperworks,his information to the hospital,its not that simple to get hospital appointment & to go through all those process.now you want me to cancel?okay i will cancel this.but you have to wait for my call again.i dont do these in the morning,i do these things in the afternoon!!!!".i was trying to talk from my end but i never got the chance.she went on again loudly rapidly she said in tagalog " ginagawa lang ito ng tuesday,wednesday,thursday!!!!!( this procedure is only being done on tuesdays,wednesdays,thursdays)." finally she came to a pause.i got the chance to speak. i told her we are available on tuesdays & wednesdays. my uncle patient is 79 y/o going 80.im both a nurse and a doctor by profession.i understand the difficulty of dealing with patients & their family.i understand the work of doing paperworks and hospital schedulling but Monette should remember that patient and their families are far more important that paperworks.we cant control circumstances.plans do change.emergencies arise.is her demeanor the same for all patients that call off their appointments?she lack phone manners and courtesy.she cant be tired just yet bec. the phone call was early morning.she needs to review her manners & conduct during her encounters with patient & their families .the age population of their clinic is more of the geriatrics,the age group which requires most patience & understanding.i honestly had palpitations after my phone call with her but im without any cardiac issues.she's a dangerous frontdesk if she keeps her demeanor that way, she can cause/aggravate a cardiac arrest to their elderly patients. read more

Very disappointed, Upset and Agitated!!!! My mom got referred to this doctor. Read all the Yelp reviews and I was very skeptical about taking my mom here. Told my dad about this place but he wanted to go ahead and give them a chance. 1st bad thing, they gave my mom an appointment at 830am. One the office doesn't even open till 9am. So why the heck to you schedule patient appointments when your not even open. Two, while waiting for the office to open they were alot of people waiting to get in.I am talking about 25 people or so. Once they were open there was a bum rush of people trying to get in and sign in. You sign in and it tells you to put what time your appointment is. Once I finally got up to the sign in sheet I saw that a butt load of people wrote down that they had a scheduled appointment at 830am. WHAT THE HECK!!!. We waited for awhile and I finally went up(after waiting an hour)and asked how long it will be. Mind you my mom is in a wheelchair and she can't really sit to long. Then the ladies in the back says we will start going down the list. I am number 5 on the list. Finally my dad(who is also older and has back and leg issues) just tells me he wants to leave. Can't wait anymore. I am just very upset, cause it take alot of my dad to get my mom ready and out of her bed. It is so difficult to get her from the bed to the wheelchair and into the car. If you guys make an appointment for a patient at a time where you aren't even open and then make them wait which feels like forever . This place needs to get their act together. I just feel bad for the other patients who have no choice but to wait. I would like to give a zero star rating but it won't let me. read more

This place is the worst ever my appointment was at 9 AM, second name on the sign in sheet and the doctor has still not come in an hour and 20min later...unfortunately this is my check up appointment... Because of my insurance this is where I had to come. Prayerfully all this well so I never have to come back. They are rude, the doctor is always late,nothing is up today, I'm not a big complainer but this is unacceptable....did I mention last appointment same exact behavior and when the doctor didn't show up he literally spent 1 to 2 minutes in the room with me. read more

Had an appt at 2pm today, I was on time...an HOUR later, I hear Monette (the rude front office lady) complaining to the other person there about the technician who's suppose to see me about not being in there, not answering her calls, etc. Seriously, aren't u suppose to confirm with that technician prior to me being there, or at least after 15-30 of wait time...I'm a pretty reasonable person, very patient...but she didn't come up to me and apologized until after I waited for over 1 HOUR!!! She should have done that asap. Also, this lady, Monette, is very rude to her coworkers, no phone etiquette, very unprofessional...she shouldn't even be talking about or even complain about others right there at the front office where everyone can hear you. Don't think that others don't understand u, u just don't do that...period...it just shows how unprofessional u are. In my opinion, it doesn't matter how good u are with ur work, but if u are rude and unprofessional, it doesn't mean anything to me. read more

if you care about your health and your medical care avoid this cinic at all costs!!!!! its unsanitary and always pack with people like sardines . i made an apt. for my dad at 9am. waited over 2 hrs before getting called in. per receptionist, it doesnt matter if you made an appt you may wait for hours. the staff will book several appts at the same time and date. the entire staff was quite rude. dr. camacho and his staff is indifferent to patients, and shows no apathy. they are quick to send you out the door. this clinic will not contact you for any test/lab results or give your results over the phone, which i was not aware of. over a 3 week period, i left several messages for the doctor to call me but i never got a call back. you will need to make an appt for any test/lab results or questions you have for the doctor. the rooms are tiny so it's not wheelchair accessible. the staff and doctor provides the worse medical care i have ever seen. you are only a number to them. read more
