Jerry apprised me of the new legal requirements to prove concrete damages which is causing cases to frequently fail since it's difficult to prove that a merchant's negligence was how the identity thief got their info. I guess you need the thief to confess in detail before you can prove that. Not the news I was hoping for but I'd rather know the facts and not waste my time and money with false hopes.
