My call was never returned after they stated in their voicemail message that they would contact me. I believe it took 48 hours or three days to call us back. My husband and I tried multiple times afterward and finally got through to set up an appointment. The firm sent a questionnaire about the general history of our potential case. Please ensure the firm gets your information right, as one of my husband's last names was misspelled. After that, Flor Rosales contacted us to set up an appointment. We set up the appointment, and when we were to confirm, we got multiple calls from different associates from the firm, I am not sure if they were all on the same page. When we got to the firm, we checked in, waited for a short time, and sat with Silvia Aguirre. Silvia was very kind and comprehensive. She was also very informative about our case and upfront about the worst-case scenario. I was delighted with her first-time service and content with the outline she gave us if we were to start the process. The payment process is very detailed as well. Once we decided to continue with the process, we sat down with Juliana Rodriguez to inform us further about our next step and where to go to complete it. Juliana also brought us our contract for the first step and took our payment. She was very helpful in answering our last questions and clearing some doubts on how to complete our payment. Overall, it was an excellent first-time visit. While, the firm maybe busy, they should have more associates available to answer calls. Very dissapointed. I was expecting the lawyer to communicate with the client days before the…read morehearing. Therefore, he didn't let the client know about the exact papers and receipts from immigration that were supposed to be presented to the judge. Client took available documments and he didn't show them to the judge. One letter clearly stated that the documments being processed by immigration were recently filed and therefore the receipts were not mailed by immigration yet. The credit card used to process the documents has not even being charged yet and the receipt will take mostlikely two months to arrive because the process was not done electronically but by mail. The lawyer asked for an extenstion of only one month. The lack of communication makes it very difficult for the client to feel safe and trust this lawyer that doesn't guarantee a positive outcome. In addition, during the hearing the client was not being offered simultaneus translation, which was extremely needed to lower anxiety levels.
