Five minutes into that scheduled appointment, no one called me. I called the law office and said I was supposed to have a consultation and then they transferred me to someone. Did they forget? Not care? What's up with that? The person I spoke with was very cold. He answered the phone as if he didn't know why I was on the other line. He asked how he can help and that was odd because I had already told the person who scheduled this consult what I needed. The person with whom I consulted was named Victor Franco. Anyway, we went over my case and I had several questions. Victor was cold and detached. He repeated himself multiple times. Well if he said something one way, and I still had a question, why would you repeat your answer? Clearly I didn't understand it the way he said it. Finally I said, after one of the times he repeated himself, "maybe I'm not asking this the right way." And I had to ask it a different way. What did Victor do? Repeat himself, only slower this time!! And his attitude, as I continued with my questions, grew more cold and condescending. I'm not asking to be hugged or be given sympathy or even be treated with white glove service. But it is professional courtesy to avoid sounding cold and condescending to your prospective clients. Victor hung up the phone before I could say good bye. He didn't even have the decency to say "good bye." Awful.

Sin embargo mi experiencia física fue distinta, el abogado llegó tarde a la cita presencial por la cual ya había pagado $150 bajo la promesa de que se descontaría del total. Durante la cita no aportó información nueva pero aumentó el presupuesto de $6,500 a $10,000. Llevo dos semanas intentando comunicarme para finalizar el contrato y no e recibido alguna respuesta, cuando le mencioné el nombre a mi hermanan ella me dijo que le hizo lo mismo hace un año. No vale la pena pagar $150 por 5 minutos de tiempo que da solo para aumentar la tarifa, mejor si pueden sáquenle toda la información posible por teléfono primero. Es necesario aclarar que la respuesta del dueño es totalmente falsa. Dice que no pudo comunicarse conmigo, pero la realidad es que yo fui quien llamó e insistió durante dos semanas consecutivas informando que ya estaba lista para firmar el contrato, fui ignorada por 14 días y la respuesta oficial de su oficina fue que ya le habían dejado los mensajes y que si el no se había comunicado conmigo era por qué estaba ocupado con otros casos y no tenía tiempo. Pero ahora mágicamente me contactó el día 03/10/26 después de haber publicado la reseña.
